So what did the "BIG" fella leave you under the tree ? I got my favourite smellies . A couple of t-shirts . A lovely "Blue" t-shirt , with "Carling" on the front , from my sister , that iam sure Willieh would like ;) ..And from my little sweeties (kids) they went to the UK shop in Tauranga , where there prices are crazy , and put me together a little "Xmas Hamper" ..Cans of "Iron Bru" , Jaffa cakes , a "tin" of haggis , bless them , hope that tastes nice, and something amazing , ONE Tunnocks caramel waffer , yet they come in packs of 4 there . So if i got one , what did my 3 kids do with the other 3 biscuits ???... naegotscoobie ....But all in all , a great day . Hope you all got what you asked for ... flors |

:twist :twist :twist I'd just finished writing my post and I must have pressed something...it disappeared; so here goes again: Right: Lots of smellies and choccies, pashmina (I like scarves), ornamental bits and bobs, Julie Fowlis cds (I like her as chillout background music), Scocha dvd (a bit disappointed with the sound....as posted previously), cash towards my trips away and some lovely books...you'll notice a theme I'm sure. :D Books: AA: 1000 walks in Britain....this'll keep me going :D Creative Lighting ....photography...far too advanced for me, but a good read Reader's Digest: The most amazing places on Britain's coast Reader's Digest: The most amazing places to walk in Britain Reader's Digest: The most scenic drives in America......this is my favourite. The book is so full of information and pictures. I would love to visit some of the places, but probably never will. Apart from knowing where the states and big cities are; I don't really know other places and so I'm finding it so interesting....one day if we win the lottery........? :D |

I have just been to Inverness and bought myself a USB stick to get mobile internet connection, i.e. don't need to run up my mother's phone bill any more. The wee Vodaphone lad promised me it would be a lot quicker than dial up , but that wasa slight exaggeration - it's a bit quicker - but every little helps! So that was my Christmas present to myself! sn0wman And among other things I got lots of CDs (mainly selected by me) and a lovely shocking pink fleece fr33zing , cinema tickets, diary, jewellery, and assorted smellies, a good few of which have been recycled already! :twist |
