ages ago. They are so repetitive. There is no point in playing them, in my opinion. But they'll keep making them because WWE fans will buy them.

The games have been shit since forever.

After SvR 2007 i lost interest. After that the games are pretty boring, hell some of the graphics are worse than some earlier wrestling games, heres an example:

l0l from TNA no less.

but booker does look better in the TNA game.

but i do think the games have always been boring. the gameplay is so repetitive, if i think anything makes the game good it's probably the career mode or whatever.

I'd like to see a story mode where you try and take over the WWE. Like, you make a wrestler and start a new stable, reviving WCW or nWo maybe, and you have to recruit other wrestlers to your cause. Whe your stable gets all the belts, you win.

Also, why is TNA making better looking games l0l?

the tna game was released in 2008, too. l0l

booker looks way more real in the tna game.

probably wwe being greedy & thinking why fix something that's not broke, since ppl do buy it. wwe fans probably.

ye that sounds like a good storyline.

I feel video games in general are made to be too realistic/cinematic. I don't care about how many hairs you can fit on Daniel Bryan's beard, I just wanna f*ck people up, y'know?

My favourite wrestling game is SVR 2007. Good graphics, decent story, GM mode, and fun gameplay. Almost all wrestling games before it were fun. After it though, it started transitioning into this ultra realistic stuff. I thought 2008's 24/7 Mode was interesting, but poorly executed, and the games became less fun to play. Things picked up up again with 13, but the games once again took a nosedive with 14 and crashed into the ocean with 15. It's a shame. I felt WWE All-Stars was the best wrestling game I've played in a long time, purely due to how unrealistic it is. It went for that over-the-top arcade feel. I was glad they did.

Btw, that TNA game was in development for a while IIRC. I own it. It came with a DVD documentary talking about the game's development, and it had some original Impact matches. Sadly, this bonus DVD is the best thing about it. The game follows the story of Suicide (at this time he was a character exclusive to the game but a while later TNA decided to create a real wrestler based off the character) and basically Suicide is on a role in TNA, LAX beat the crap out of him, and his face is reconstructed (this is where you can customise him) and you have to fight your way back to TNA. It plays like a realistic version of All-Stars (I.e, repetitive controls but in this game it isn't arcade style so it's less enjoyable) and yeah. The game is boring. It's the only TNA game released that wasn't on mobile. Namco created one on mobile and it sucks, and another mobile exclusive is in the works. This game also had a DS port, but that port featured Hulk Hogan so yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay. -_-
GAMING:
Currently Playing: Link's Awakening, Ocarina of Time 3D, Ace Attorney: TAT.
Going To Play In The Near Future: HOPEFULLY Fire Emblem if. THE HYPE IS REAL. Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
Smash Mains: Link, Lucina, Mario.
Favourite Game: Legend of Zelda.
Favourite Character: Link.
Favourite System(s): GameCube, 3DS.

ANIME:
Currently Watching: Dragon Ball Super *sigh*, Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Kai.
On Hold: Fullmetal Alchemist, One Piece, Gintama.
Planning To Watch: Tokyo Ghoul, Attack on Titan, Cowboy Bebop, Kill la Kill, Code Geass, Seven Deadly Sins.
Favourite Anime: Fullmetal Alchemist (Brotherhood).
Favourite Character: Vegeta (DBZ).

MANGA:
Currently Reading: Dragon Ball Chou. (100x better than the anime.)
On Hold: Dragon Ball, Gintama.
Planning To Read: One Piece, Fullmetal Alchemist, Toriko, Naruto.
Favourite Manga: Gintama.
Favourite Character: Vegeta.

wwe games always have the same game-play they never change it

u might play for the first day & it seems new but the 2nd day u are just bored & see how repetitive it rly is, especially once u've won the story mode.

tna seems to have put in some effort into the game, l0l
