I've been thinking about what a Nintendo Cinematic Universe would look like, and was wondering if anyone else had any ideas. I have some plans for 3, maybe 4 phases, but all I want here (for now at least) is the first phase. What do you guys think it would look like? Include live action or animated, movie title, plot synopsis, and maybe some actors/voice actors and stingers, if you have them.

Here's what mine looks like. It's kinda long, but when you have to introduce so many characters, that happens sometimes. While I think that an animated universe wouldn't be taken as seriously as live-action ones, like the MCU or DCU, it'd turn out better looking at the medium.

1. Mario Bros - Mario and Luigi, a pair of plumbers, are thrust into the spotlight when they save Peach, the princess of the Old Kingdom, and take down Bowser, the Koopa King who was ruling the land. It's mostly got cartoonish action, similar to the games. The movie ends with Bowser being knocked into the lava, killing him. A stinger shows the Koopalings. It introduces Mario, Luigi, Donkey Kong, Peach, Bowser, and Yoshi

2. Super Mario Bros - Based on “Super Mario Bros. 3”, “New Super Mario Bros. DS”, and “Bowser’s Inside Story”. The Koopalings lead an attack on Peach’s Castle, taking it over. Mario, Luigi, and Peach escape, and take down the Koopalings one at a time, learning that Bowser Jr. had resurrected Bowser Sr. as Dry Bowser, and is planning on returning him to his original power using the Dark Star hidden beneath the town square. The Dark Star turns him into Giga Bowser, but is still defeated, but not killed by the Mario Bros. Stinger shows Rosalina. Introduces the Koopalings and Bowser Jr.

3. The Legend of Zelda: Link is a trainee in the castle guard who is drafted into the personal guard of Princess Zelda. After she is kidnapped by the demon pig Ganon, he goes on a quest to save her. He learns that the "demon" is actually the sorcerer Ganondorf Dragmire, who intends on using Princess Zelda to break the curse set on him centuries before and to gain the all-powerful Triforce, and ends up sealing him away. Introduces Link, Zelda, and Ganondorf. Stinger shows Link sitting in the woods, when the shadow of a large hand appears above him.

4. Kirby - Based on “Spring Breeze” and “Kirby’s Dreamland”. A lovable pink puffball decides it's time to take down the regime of King Dedede after he steals all the food in Dreamland. It's a simple idea, and Kirby won't really talk. However, to make it interesting, some Kirby sidekicks will be used. I'm thinking Rick would be one, just because hamsters. Introduces Kirby, Meta Knight, and King Dedede. Teaser shows Kirby being approached by Marx.

5. Pokemon: Yellow - Stephen Oak (a young Professor Oak, not Blue) leaves Pallet Town on an epic adventure, meeting many figures that will be important to the future of the Pokemon world. It just serves as an introduction to the universe prior to the more Red-centric movies coming later. Introduces Pikachu and Jigglypuff. Stinger shows Oak's Pikachu and Jigglypuff disappear into thin air.

6. Donkey Kong - Based on “Donkey Kong Country”. The Kongs are living at peace on Kongo Bongo when their food stash is taken by King K. Rool. It's up to Donkey Kong and his family to take them back. Introduces Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong. Teaser shows Donkey following a mysterious sound into the night.

7. Mario and Kirby: Galaxy - Based on “Super Mario Galaxy” and “Milky Way Wishes”. Marx wants Kirby to help save Dreamland by finding the Nova. Meanwhile, Mario follows Bowser into space, where he intends to use the Nova to make himself all-powerful. The two heroes team up to save the universe. Introduces Rosalina and references Metroid and Star Fox. The stinger shows their Starships approaching the Final Destination.

8. Star Fox: Based on “Star Fox 64”. Fox McCloud, son of famed pilot and mercenary James McCloud, leads his mercenary team to the planet Venom, where the mad scientist Andross is trying to take revenge on the planet Corneria. On the way he meets his father's old friend, the racer and bounty hunter Captain Falcon. Introduces Fox, Wolf, Falco, and Captain Falcon. Stinger shows Star Fox land on Zebes to deal with a new threat, and we see Samus’ ship already there.

9. Metroid - Based on “Metroid: Zero Mission”. Samus is a bounty hunter who must save the universe from the space pirates, who intend to use the Metroid aliens to destroy those who stand in their way. At the end, Samus gets in a space battle with the space pirates and Mecha Ridley. The stinger shows the Great Fox lifting off from Zebes and following Samus’s ship.

10. Earthbound - Based on the game “Earthbound”, with a few flashbacks to “Mother”. Ness is a young boy who begins studying a recent asteroid crash on his planet, which leads to him fighting the alien Giygas, whose presence is causing all living things to become malicious monsters. Introduces Ness and the Ice Climbers. Stinger shows Ness trying to return to his own time, but ends up separated from his friends and surrounded by the other fighters. This is the only movie on the list I've considered cutting to shorten the phase, especially since most non-Japanese audiences don't know Earthbound that well.

11. Smash (Smash Bros. 64) - Based on the original “Super Smash Bros”. Heroes and villains from around the universe have been brought together to fight for the amusement of the evil god Crazy Hand. Will they be able to revive his brother Master Hand, or will they be forced to kill each other in the arena? Introduces Master Hand and Crazy Hand. Stinger shows Crazy Hand rising up, harmed but alive.

What do you guys think? Anyone else have any ideas or plans?
