Don't forget that one attack which guarantees that your full-hp union is cut down to 1/4th hp (the graviga-like one) |

If that's in the chain of attacks from the Observer, I haven't seen it. My unions all die from the charm attack in the 3 spot. Yeah, I think I'm going to try advancing the story a bit more before going back into the ancient ruins. I already got some jewel steel from the holy dragon thing (which apparently EVERYONE needs.) I SHOULD be alright for now. Should. |

I'm a bit scared about missable quests. I heard that the 360 version has a few t hat can be missed cause of different discs. Does anyone know if this is applicable to the PC version? And because I've been doing all the quests I can find in a fit of paranoia, I can't remember what I'm supposed to do anymore. |

I'm not too stressed about missing quests because it gives me incentive for a replay. I missed quite a bit, having unlocked less than half of the towns before the disc swap. Oddly enough, I'm almost to the end of the game and I JUST opened silver falcons 1 and only just did the Baron Neilson's wife quests. Which are REALLY quick on battle rank 97. The "miss-ability" is due to a time gap between the events at the end of disc one and the beginning of disc two not due to the disc swap itself, so I assume the quests that can be missed on 360 are also miss-able on the PC. |

Yes, it's true. However, only one quest really has a semi-strict deadline (the fallen), and one other is missable but actually not needed to get the quest you get by completing all the other quests (yes it's weird, but trust me you wouldn't WANT to do the quest); the rest of the missable quests only get locked out once you complete the events that mark the end of the 360's disc 1 (the second trip to Nagapur). So as long as you talk to everyone and do everything, you get all the quests done easily with no need to rush Edit: Oh there IS one other missable quest. When the 6 bases come on the map, go talk to Duke Ghor, then talk with him after EVERY base. |

Which quest is this unwanted side quest you're speaking of? Just the title will do, if you know. |

At Hatred's End. IIRC, it's required on 360, but the PC version removed it as being a required quest due to players not liking being forced to do the quest (if you do it, you'll see why...) |
