Not exactly a surprised (in fact I called this as soon as DMC4 went to PC), but this is still great news.

Watch Fable 2, Gears of War 2, and Halo 3 follow suit.

It wouldn't be news if they did, now would it?

I was more getting at the fact that much like RE5, these are all titles which the developers insist are not coming to PC, so people buy more consoles or whatever.

For some reason I didn't like the RE5 demo very much. I think Dead Space spoiled me.

For some reason I didn't like the RE5 demo very much.  I think Dead Space spoiled me.

The demo was just flat out terrible. Deadspace being superior to it in every way is certainly not improving my thoughts of Resident Evil 5, but the demo would have played like shit even if Deadspace had never been made. The final product will most likely be better, but it was probably a mistake on Capcom's part to release that demo. For me at least it pretty much killed any desire I have to play the game.

Well, that is the single player game. Co-op is actually quite a bit of fun. Capcom balanced the game around two characters; unfortunately the AI for the partner is incapable of competently executing any actions that might result in the enemies taking damage. Single player boils down to babysitting a next to useless partner through two obnoxiously bland levels.
