Just wanted to say that this game is awesome. It's free roaming, so they give you...A WHOLE BUNCH OF BLOODY AWESOME POWERS. I'm so failing my last assignment thanks to this game. Brb SFIV marathon. |

Yeah, only to take them all away after the initial stage. It's okay, not anything particularly great, if you played Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, well its pretty much the same thing. |

inFamous has better graphics and missions (not saying much though), while Prototype has better combat. The city itself is a lot more fun in Prototype during combat thanks to all the enemies that show up and the many ways you can dispatch of them, but when you're not fighting anything, it's almost GTA3 quality if not worse, with repeating cars, textures, civilians, and no exploration incentives besides landmarks. Prototype's mission design seems to be based on the philosophy of quantity over quality. The objectives don't seem to stray from "kill this" or "collect the magically spawning yellow orbs" and they will literally throw dozens and dozens of enemies at you, some ridiculously hard 1v1 so in a 1vsMany situation its simply frustrating. Considering the best part of sandbox games these days is messing around and not actually playing the game... you guys should just get Red Faction. |
