She smiled at the sound of Raven's laughter. It was nice, and seemed to suit her. "It's my second day actually, I arrived yesterday. Still haven't figured out where m-my d-d-dorm is though..." Her stutter caught badly on the word 'dorm', causing her to try and say it again with a blush of embarrassment. "Sorry... I can't help my s-stutter." |

The woman smiled kindly at the girl, and with an action that surprised even herself. She reached out to pat the girl's tiny hand softly. "No need to worry, I don't even know why the dorms are." She ended sentence with a small laugh, thinking to herself. 'This child is ruining my reputation, goodness.' |

Chizumi got at least a hundred macaroons before exiting the Bakery. |

Feeling comforted by the gesture, Willow thought back to Alphonse's kind actions from yesterday. He had said he would be like a brother to her... Perhaps this woman could almost be like a sister to her? Maybe when they knew each other better, if they ended up doing so. Laughing with her, the brunette rubbed the back of her neck sheepishly. "Neither do I... Maybe we should have a look for them together later?" |

She nodded, "that is not a bad idea. If you don't mind me asking, what happened to your eyes?" She asked softly, her voice faltering just the slightest at the latter part of the question. She had never been good at asking people about their past. |

Raising one hand to the bandages, hooking one thumb underneath the cloth, she said quietly "I've been blind from birth..." She didn't mind people asking, it was easy enough to answer. She didn't really know what she was missing out in, since she'd never seen.... Had she? Willow didn't like giving too much thought to the topic. She would believe what she'd been told. But then again, maybe it would explain the flashes of imagery that coloured her mind from time to time... |

She nodded in silence, glancing outside the window in thought. "I can only imagine your loss, but you do not need to feel uncomfortable around me. I am not one to judge you." She promised solemnly. |

The same thing that Alphonse had said... Maybe here she could really find a family and a home. Willow's expression faltered, then flooded with emotion. "Thank you Raven..." She said, truly grateful. |

She laughed softly again, pleasantly surprised at the emotion in the girl's words. It has been such a long time since she had any contact with human beings, she had almost forgotten that in this world, there are still people who cares. "You're welcome." She replied, smiling. |

Reaching out a little hesitantly for Raven's hand, she wanted to do something in thanks somehow. She couldn't express things with her eyes, which were called 'Windows to the Soul', so instead, touch was her most vivid imagery. Those she got to know well, she would often ask to map their faces mentally through touch. Of course, Willow would only do that with those she really knew well, because it was very personal to let another touch one's face so intimately to try and imagine it through touch. |
