Looks like you need to sign into your husband's account from a different device (pc, laptop, tablet, smartphone etc.) |

I waited to later in the evening and it worked for me but when I sign out and signed in on my husbands account I had to verify his account but it still will not let a second family member solve the puzzle even though all of his information was there and he was signed in. The Sony website said Puzzle Solved. NOT by my husband. lol I will try on another computer in the morning. Had enough of Sony for the night. Thanks Sunshine for all you do for us. UPDATE: Today at noon I signed my husband in on another computer and it allowed me to solve the puzzle for another family member. Hope Sony fixes this problem soon.

I hope I didn't offend anyone with my swearing, but I can't find any better words to express my frustration. I'd like to join the "I hate the new website" club!
Don't like changes, especially the ones for worse!
If there are any petitions to change the Sony website back to normal, please let me know, I'd like to chip in.
