Does anybody else notice that the points don't show up in your account after answering the puzzle? Didn't get anything yesterday or today, even though it says "Congratulations, You were just awarded 10 points". Never mind. After I was finally able to log in to "View/Edit My Account", they showed up. Edited by Gotlieb, Feb 25 2014, 07:06 PM.

The little box in the top right was not updating until I logged in to View/Edit Account. I couldn't do that yesterday. |

@sunshine3331 is your sonyreward account working? ive got a few accounts that i cant even log into right now. i can register and that works but signing in dosnt even work

I am convinced there are hamsters on the loose on the Sony Website what else could it be! A lot of work for ten cents. I waited a very long time for the pages to load even after cleaning my cookies and cache. I need to go get my laptop now and sign my husband on. It is still saying the same thing. I sign out and then sign on to my husband's account it shows his name and account information but he Solved the Puzzle. Sony is only recognizing one account. When signing him on with my laptop there is no problem. Sony you need to fix this for people with multiple accounts. Thanks Sunshine. Have a good evening everyone.

I am having another issue with the new site; I can't locate any place that states an amount and date for expiring points. Has anybody found this info at the new site? Many thanks. |
