Upon posting here, please e-mail your audition to Enigma, at [email protected] PLEASE NOTE! This thread is only to be used for announcing your plan to audition for this character. Any natter, questions, comments, or other irrelevant posts will be deleted. If you have any questions, either post them in the Rules thread for this section of the forum, or PM myself or Enigma. Blue-Suited Officer “This is an important lesson for you, kid. Angel, family, or friend, they all will run away if given the chance! To this day, I still don’t know where my wife ran to…” Green-Suited Officer “Don’t you know anything? Women are able to make themselves look slim, through fashion! To this day, I still don’t know how much my wife actually weighs…” Police Officer “Everybody, get your acts together! Cabanela’s on his way! Inspector Cabanela! Sir!” [...] “- Repeat, we have received word that Detective Jowd’s execution will be held in half an hour, and not at the customary hour of dawn. Over.” Coroner “Well, the bullet was in the body and the gun was found nearby. Therefore, I’d say cause of death: the victim was shot. By that gun.” Detective Rindge “Hello? This is Rindge! [pause as he listens] Have you seen the guy yet? [pause again] Look, are you sure about this? Remember the last time you - [pause again] Okay, fine. You’ll just do what you want anyway. Have you seen a woman in there in a yellow coat, with red hair? [pause again] Okay, great. See you soon.” Young Officer “I can’t believe it! While I was getting the notebook back from Inspector Cabanela, she just ran away! Lynne! She was my angel - um, family - I mean, friend!” Cop One “Hey, did you hear someone scream? I’m telling you it wasn’t me, and we’re the only two out here!” Cop Two “I’m telling you, I didn’t scream! Uh oh! Do you think this could be the work of...of... Of Inspector Cabanela? This seems like the sort of joke he’d love.” Bobby “ARGH! I just...I don’t believe this! Jowd was my hero! I became a police officer because I wanted to be like him! And now, he’s in jail and I’m stuck in this office, with a paycheck so low I’m living off of instant noodles!” Guard “Hey... you think this execution was the right thing to do? The death penalty’s been out of use for years now and all... I just can’t help but wonder if what just happened was divine retribution...” Guard Two “Don’t be ridiculous! Everyone agreed it was the right thing to do. Even the prisoner was asking for it! Anyway, it’s too late to be worrying about all of this.” Guard Three “Hey, go check and make sure everything’s ready in the other room, okay? I think the chair’s as good as it’s going to get.” Mechanic “'This’ll be easy', they said! 'Just make sure the circuits don’t blow,' they said. Easy for them to say! They aren’t the ones who’ll get electrocuted if this all goes wrong!” Personal Guard “Sir, it’s past midnight – Sir? Sir, are you feeling alright? It is time for myself and the other personnel to go home. Aren’t you going home? Thank you, sir!” Alma “Dinner’s almost ready, everyone. Who wants to help set the table? Kamila? Jowd? Oh, don’t worry about it, Cabanela. You’re the guest.” Fiance Sissel “Yomiel, Don’t worry. I’m coming to join you. I love you.” Sailor “Hello? Hello? Anyone there? What’s going on with this submarine? Ohhh, this submarine is haunted! I just know it! As soon as we reach land, I’m leaving to be a… a lawyer!
