| Welcome to the Global Right Alliance's forums! Firstly, you can only see a very limited amount of the forums at the moment. You will be able to see the full forums and properly participate in our region and its community when you register. Join our Community Now, on to the region itself. Don't let the name, specifically the "Right", fool you. We've got members from across the political spectrum, and our political parties have always reflected this. The Global Right Alliance (GRA), as primarily a gameplay region, has been everything from an anarchy to a monarchy to a homegrown rotatorship. The region has had such governments because of its culture, which adores political intrigue and thrives on confrontation. With the increase of the region's population, many veterans have returned. It is the beginning of a new Global Right Alliance and a new government system. I know the forums can be quite intimidating; there's people who have been here for nearly a decade and have over 10,000 posts. However, we welcome new members and encourage them to get involved. If you want help finding your way around, we have resources to help you to get on your way. Getting Started If you're already a member please log in to your account to access all of our features. |

the majority of people who join forums aren't even residents of that region. (btw, when you say NS forums, that means the ingame forums) the majority of the remaining minority do not stay in the region or active on the forum. and the final minority only start at lower level government positions. now do any of those groups sound like they should be privy to interregional affairs between a defender and raider region that could damage the reputation of an entire alliance? we don't have any new people on the forum right now, but we've been getting a lot of new residents and I would have had to hate to explain every angle of this matter to them so they can decide in their noobie little minds what is the best course of action for this ancient region. that is why foreign affairs are handled by the elected executive first, and then final decisions are made by the region at large after the executive, in their greater breath of experience, has had time to properly propose and explain any changes to the region's existing foreign policies. |

Do you have an actual point to make, or are you just going to continue bitching about things I've already addressed a hundred times? |

you did not go to the government with this before posting it in the embassy. and you have not admitted that or apologized for it. you have most definitely not addressed it. |

are these not questions that need to be answered before an alliance is even to be considered? your refusal to answer these questions only lead me to believe that you don't want to give specifics because they would reflect negatively on your region. |

I do think those last questions of SL's are actually ones useful to the debate. I know you had to wade through a lot of crap to get there, but these last ones are practical. |

Mara, if you don't mind I'll answer/ask the questions SL had proposed; I could not find an easily obtainable list of your colonies, I'm guessing it might be found here? As far as allegiances go, from your Embassy Row I see the Consulate of the GRA, the Consulate of the Byzantine Imperium, and an Embassy to Balder. Am I correct in assuming that is all of the regions you are allied with? Can you give us a rough estimate, I know no one likes giving out specifics ;), of the size of your military. As you've stated it would take roughly 2-3 people per de-tag the more people we had to work on this, the better. This particular questions interest me as the GRADF High General, if I am to send people who could otherwise be liberating/defending I need to know there are a good number of experienced players on board. |

I did just give SL all the info on your IRC yesterday once he decided to act like a civilized human being, but yes, I'd be happy to answer.
That's the one. Our home region's embassy list was getting awful cluttered, so we shoved them off to that hub region.
That's mostly correct. The Byzantine Imperium died, which is why their consulate closed. (We refounded their region when it CTE'd.) We also have in-game embassies with New Sorvun, The Red Wolf Rifle Corps, The United States of Europe (our old region), Strategos Prime, and Warhammer 40,000.
6 active individuals, currently. We have four ranks ranging from Neophyte to Veteran. The two highest ranks are where we draw our commanders and specialists from. We currently have two Veterans and four Scouts. Two of the Scouts are nearly ready to become Brothers, and the other two recently completed their Neophyte training. Neophytes are individuals who are learning how to raid/defend to begin with, and usually aren't at that rank for very long. Scouts are being trained for Delegate Duty and take longer to teach all the ins and outs to. While we do have guides available, most of our training is done via trial-by-fire. If anything goes wrong during a mission involving a Scout or Neophyte, a little guide gets written up in our Librarium explaining what went wrong and how to correct the mistake in the future. |

1. TL:DR 2. I thought you were a lady, too. Nothing against you, you just have a lady name and pic. *shrugs* 3. While we don't restrict posting rights (yet), the PA is our internal legislative body and the home of our regional government. Like, the whole thing is there, pretty much. And sure, we don't require you to stay out of there, maybe you might think about doing, for the friendliness factor, ja? |
