Welcome to the Global Right Alliance's forums!

Firstly, you can only see a very limited amount of the forums at the moment. You will be able to see the full forums and properly participate in our region and its community when you register.

Join our Community

Now, on to the region itself. Don't let the name, specifically the "Right", fool you. We've got members from across the political spectrum, and our political parties have always reflected this. The Global Right Alliance (GRA), as primarily a gameplay region, has been everything from an anarchy to a monarchy to a homegrown rotatorship. The region has had such governments because of its culture, which adores political intrigue and thrives on confrontation. With the increase of the region's population, many veterans have returned. It is the beginning of a new Global Right Alliance and a new government system.

I know the forums can be quite intimidating; there's people who have been here for nearly a decade and have over 10,000 posts. However, we welcome new members and encourage them to get involved. If you want help finding your way around, we have resources to help you to get on your way.

Why, yes, F4U, I did know that....Ahem, Ahem Slips history scholar hat Akhenaten was an Egyptian Pharoah from 1352-32 BCE. If you've ever seen any of the many famous busts of the Egyptian Queen Nefertiti (by far the most famous female in egyptian history--cleopatra not withstanding), that was Akhenaten't first wife. Akhenaten had a vision or a dream (can't remember which) where he saw the Sun God, Aten, as a giant Sun Disk...for whatever reason, he took this as a sign that the Sun God was the one true God and converted all of Egypt to a monotheistic faith. In case you were wondering, Akhenaten's son and successor reverted Egypt back to its polytheistic ways shortly after taking power. That son and Pharoah? The ever famous boy pharoah, King Tutankhamun (King Tut).

Ancient...specifically Roman history is my speciality but I'm such a geek I know a lot about many other periods in time throughout the world. But Romans are my faveourite. If you dont believe me...heres proof. I've created I.R.A. [Imperial Republic of Argos] guild thats actualy a Roman style government with 3 leaders and the rest of the members are senators. Just about everything is being styled after the Romans. Specifically because we are going to be conquerors in the game. The game is an MMORPG but its completly different from any other one out there [don't know how many gamers there are here.. anyways we are going to be able to build our own cities and coutnries and so on. lol don't you just love our abbreviation IRA.
