The region has had such governments because of its culture, which adores political intrigue and thrives on confrontation. With the increase of the region's population, many veterans have returned. It is the beginning of a new Global Right Alliance and a new government system. Land of technology. We've had running water for over 10 years and we invented the cat" Closely followed by "Ah Britain! Built in 1876 by Sir Henry Britain, burnt down in 1973 and re-opened the following year by the queen" or something like that. Gotta love the voice-overs.
