| Welcome to the Global Right Alliance's forums! Firstly, you can only see a very limited amount of the forums at the moment. You will be able to see the full forums and properly participate in our region and its community when you register. Join our Community Now, on to the region itself. Don't let the name, specifically the "Right", fool you. We've got members from across the political spectrum, and our political parties have always reflected this. The Global Right Alliance (GRA), as primarily a gameplay region, has been everything from an anarchy to a monarchy to a homegrown rotatorship. The region has had such governments because of its culture, which adores political intrigue and thrives on confrontation. With the increase of the region's population, many veterans have returned. It is the beginning of a new Global Right Alliance and a new government system. I know the forums can be quite intimidating; there's people who have been here for nearly a decade and have over 10,000 posts. However, we welcome new members and encourage them to get involved. The Great Mutiny: India 1857, by Christopher Hibbert - one of the best books I've read on the subject. The last fiction I read was Catch-22 (again) by Joseph Heller

Fleshmarket Close by Ian Rankin Great book. For those who do not know he writes detective stories and is local (for me (edinburgh)) and he actually sets them in edinburgh so i can really relate to them. I am currently reading Black Cabs by John McLaren |

Oh bothersome bothers...I have a disk that has..probably over a hundred...famous, infamous, literal, philosophical, religious, fantasy, sci-fi, non-fiction, etc. EBooks on it..what a bother...it boggles my mind to sipher through them. I've started reading two different books, The Interview with a Vampire (Anne Rice) and Angels and Demons (Dan Brown) I can't be bothered to get TOO into them because it's somewhere around 1:40 am in the morning and my mind is bugging me to switch the almighty RED SHUT DOWN button...-_- |

Nice books those two you have there. I believe the first one is more worthwhile though. Have you watched the movie?

My most recent read has been "Forensics: True Crime Scene Investigations", by a British forensic pathologist, Dr. Zakaria Erzinçlioglu (NFC how to pronounce the surname). It's a great book if you're interested in forensics and similar, though the last chapter is heavily biased due to the subjective nature of the chapter's content. I'll write a more coherent and descriptive review when it's not 3 AM. |

Angels and demons is a good book (Certainly better than the Da Vinci Code) but The Interview with a Vampire is Awesome! Anne Rice is Always brilliant. The film versions of her work do not in anyway do her justice. |

Really? I've only seen one movie, the "Interview with a Vampire", in which starred the whole Hollywood jet-set or something, and I really liked it! I've also read reviews that are very flattering... The book must be a marvel then. |
