Welcome to the Global Right Alliance's forums!

Firstly, you can only see a very limited amount of the forums at the moment. You will be able to see the full forums and properly participate in our region and its community when you register.

Now, on to the region itself. Don't let the name, specifically the "Right", fool you. We've got members from across the political spectrum, and our political parties have always reflected this. The Global Right Alliance (GRA), as primarily a gameplay region, has been everything from an anarchy to a monarchy to a homegrown rotatorship. The region has had such governments because of its culture, which adores political intrigue and thrives on confrontation. With the increase of the region's population, many veterans have returned. It is the beginning of a new Global Right Alliance and a new government system.

I know the forums can be quite intimidating; there's people who have been here for nearly a decade and have over 10,000 posts. However, we welcome new members and encourage them to get involved. If you want help finding your way around, we have resources to help you to get on your way.

The GRADF uses ranks to denote seniority and experience. Ranks are gained by meeting their requirements, one of which are a set amount of mission points. Mission points are gained by participating in missions. With higher ranks come more authority and more responsibility, and a greater role in the operation of the GRADF. Every member is required to have a member file thread in this forum and to record their missions in that file.

The title of the thread should be your username and you should use the first post of it to record the missions you participate in. The first post should include the date you enlisted and/or the date you were commissioned, your current rank, and your switchers.

When recording missions, include the date you deployed there, the name of the region, and the type of mission. Also, designate which missions you participated in as an enlisted member and as an officer. One point is awarded for each of the following missions:

Quote:

Successful Defence - SD: Defending a region, where the native delegate, native lead or defender lead is delegate after update.
Failed Defence - FD: Defending a region, where the invader or other unfavourable nation takes the delegacy after update.
Successful Liberation - SL: Attempting to liberate a region from invaders or another unfavourable party, where the defender or native lead takes the delegacy after update.
Failed Liberation - FL: Attempting to liberate a region from invaders or another unfavourable party, where the unfavourable party remains in control of the delegacy after update.
Support Mission - SM: Post-defence or post-liberation, a Support Mission consists of endorsing the delegate after a successful defence or liberation, when necessary, to protect the region from immediate invader activity.
Re-Foundation - RF: Assisting a region with the re-foundation process by endorsing the delegate for extra influence to eject natives that will not leave the region on their own will, or are inactive.

There are also amplifiers which increase the amount of points earned for a mission. When applicable, include the type of amplifier:

Quote:

Allied Region - AR: Indicated by an asterisk, a mission in a region that is an ally of the GRA, multiplies all points attributed to that mission by two.
Lead Defender - LD: One extra point is awarded for being the Lead Defender.
Extended Deployment - ED: For every continous week deployed to a mission, you are awarded an additional mission point. This amplifier does not apply to re-foundations.
Spot - S: If you spot an invasion of a region and the GRADF participates in a mission in that region you are eligible for one extra point. This applies even if you don't participate in the mission.

Only missions where your nation updated, with the exception of spots, and that have been posted in the GRADF forums are eligible for points in the member files. If you have any questions about your mission file, post your question in your file or use Sovereign Liberties' member file as an example.
