Article 1: Name and Emblem
- The name of the party will be the Communist Party of Greater Livonia
- The emblem of the party will be a red hammer and sickle crossed and surrounded with a partial wreath of grain
Article 2: Organizational Principles
- The Communist Party of Greater Livonia shall adhere strictly to the non-revisionist line of Marxism-Leninism. This is the only legitimately revolutionary ideology in the world today and the Communist Party of Greater Livonia shall at all times seek to spread the revolution while emphasizing our Party's ideology.
- The Communist Party of Greater Livonia will be organized on the basis of democratic centralism, which means that decisions and policies are made through democratic procedures, and that once a final decision is made, all members are obligated to carry it out. Democratic centralism combines the maximum involvement of the membership in determining policy and in the democratic election of leading committees with responsible direction from one national center coordinating the activity of the entire Party along commonly agreed-upon lines of policy.
- Each Party body is subordinate to the next higher body, with central authority vested in the All-Union Party Congress, the highest body of the Party, which not only has the authority to act on all aspects of Party policy and activity, but elects the national leadership to carry through its will and decisions between congresses.
- The principle of democratic centralism includes the obligation of all members and leaders to fulfill the decisions arrived at by the majority. Both leaders and members are bound by a common discipline. Discipline is voluntarily assumed by members upon joining the Party and based on conviction, understanding and devotion to the cause to which the Party dedicates its efforts.
- In all circumstances, unless otherwise provided in these Rules, votes will be decided with a simple majority.
Article 3: Membership
- Any citizen of the Union of Greater Livonian Socialist States has a right to apply for membership in the Communist Party of Greater Livonia.
- The All-Union Party Congress shall appoint a Membership Committee that shall have the duty to review all membership applications and determine whether to admit an applicant.
- In the event of misconduct by a Party member, the Membership Committee will suspend the member pending review at the next Party Congress.
Article 4: All-Union Party Congress
- The All-Union Party Congress shall be comprised of the entire membership of the Party and shall meet every 6 months.
- The Party Congress will have the power to act on all aspects of party policy and activity.
- The General Secretary of the Communist Party shall act as the President of the Party Congress and shall preside over the Congress.
- The Party Congress shall approve the list of candidates that shall run for election to the Supreme Soviet of the Union of Greater Livonian Socialist States.
- At the conclusion of the Party Congress, the Congress shall elect the Central Committee of the Communist Party and the General Secretary.
Article 5: Central Committee
- The Central Committee shall act as the highest organ of Party authority in between sessions of the Party Congress.
- The Central Committee shall be comprised of 6 members and the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Greater Livonia.
- The Central Committee shall have the power to issue ruling on all Party matters until addressed by the next Party Congress. These rulings will be binding on all Party members.
- The Central Committee shall have the duty of directing all party activity between sessions of the Party Congress.
Article 6: General Secretary
- The General Secretary of the Communist Party of Greater Livonia shall act as the leader of the Party.
- The General Secretary shall preside over meetings of the Central Committee and the All-Union Party Congress.
Article 7: The Party Press
- Revolution, and any other publication the Party deems necessary, shall be the official Party organ(s).
- The Party Congress shall appoint the Editor of Revolution who shall serve for a term of 6 months.
- The content of officially sanctioned Party organs shall be overseen by the Party Congress or the Central Committee is the Party Congress is not in session.
Article 8: Amending the Rules
- The Rules of the Communist Party of Greater Livonia shall be amended with a three-fourths majority of the All-Union Party Congress.
