The scene opens up in Capo’s navy blue Chevy Impala with “Hail Mary” by. 2Pac playing in the background.

Boe was seen sitting in the passenger seat while Emilio and Tone were sat in the back gearing up. The men stayed quiet as they rolled into the Los Angeles suburb not saying a word knowing what was coming. This was going to be a dark and horrible Memorial Day for a family that was only brought on because of the numerous actions of the man of the family. Officer Chet Bradley. Chet Bradley has been a policeman in uniform since he joined the ranks of the Los Angeles Police Department. He could have became a detective by now but he just didn’t strive to be one. He was comfortable being out in the streets within the action. His reputation in the force as well as on the streets began to grow and grow. People on both sides either hated him or loved him...More hate than love really. He was a bigot with a badge and wasn’t shy about his feelings towards the opposite race.

Being a foot on the ground, Chet has came into contact with nearly all the gangs that reside in Los Angeles. There were times that may have seemed like it was going to end up like the deadly scene from End Watch but he’s always been quick to get himself out of those situations. Bradley has always pushed the envelope as much as he could but since being brought in to join the VICE Gang Task force along with Detective Jerry Bates, his ego and has been turned up to a whole other level. Their investigation has led them to focus on two distinctive crews within the Rolling 60’s Crips who they suspect are doing business with the infamous Reyes Cartel. The Reyes Cartel has always been something of a mystery to many even though those in law enforcement knew of their existence they could never truly place anything against them or discover much intel that would help them discover more about their criminal empire.

Bradley & Bates in on the investigation was a kid out of Compton who was growing more and more popular as time went by. From being a basketball phenomenon in high school who some thought could be the next NBA superstar and sports superstar to come out of Compton, CA, to becoming one of the best and world renowned professional wrestlers across the globe….Emilio Vialpando. Growing up in Compton, Emilio was close friends with members of the two crews within the Rolling 60’s, including his best friend Victor Vasquez which people knew him as Capo. This was their in. They thought if they applied some pressure on Vialpando that he would give the 60’s up. That never happened.
No matter how abusive they were towards Emilio or how much they harassed him, he just wouldn’t crack. And now that they Emilio was a member of the Rolling 60’s Crips, they wanted to do more to try and get him to give up the people he grew up with. After Jayden Gamble died they figured Emilio would be up to flipping on them. Surely Emilio would want to give them up after losing a close friend to gang violence, right? Wrong. They made a spectacle at the Los Angeles International Airport trying to embarrass Emilio in front of the fans and paparazzi after he just arrived home from a business trip to Japan. They tried their damndest to try and get Emilio to give them up but...His loyalty to them wouldn’t allow it.

After this incident happened, Capo chose to revisit his plans to take the two cops out that have been harassing Emilio and investigating them. He was planning on doing it before but seeing that they haven’t done anything in awhile, Capo thought that they were done messing with them. He was wrong. They were never going to stop, so he had to take care of it himself. While AK was handling their very own investigation and search for Jayden’s killer, Capo would get rid of the two rat bastards that have been infesting their way into their lives for far too long. Especially after them mentioning he and AK’s cartel connect Ricardo. It was time to take them out once and for all.

Boe
Right here, cuzz. Park the car my nigga we here.

Boe looks down at his phone’s GPS and then points over to a grey house. Capo nods and pulls over to park the car. He turns off the car and looks around the neighborhood. It was packed and Capo knew they would have to get this shit done quick so they could get the hell out of here and back in just enough time to be at the cookout to have a perfect alibi of their whereabouts.

Capo
Shit...We got them silencers?

Tone
Yeah, boss. You told me to bring em just incase.

Capo nods as Tone begins to hand out the silencers. The four men begin to screw on the barrels onto their respective weapons. Emilio looks around seeing how many vehicles there were.

Emilio Vialpando
We gon’ have to be quick bout this cuzz. Get in and get out.

Boe
Yeah, and don’t yo blood thirsty ass go shooting up the place with your crazy ass. Michel--I mean Miguel ass ain’t here you don’t need to go blacking the fuck out right now.

Capo and Tone laugh at this while Emilio chuckles and shakes his head.

Emilio Vialpando
Fuck you nigga, jaja. I’m good. Just want this shit to go right.

Capo
We gonna be alright, Em. You still new to this shit so just follow us aight? Don’t know who all up in here and we don’t need your ass catching a bullet. I ain’t putting another one fo my niggas in the damn grave.

Emilio nods and takes a deep sigh.

Tone
Let’s get this shit going my nigga. I’m hungry, and I don;t need AK prison hunger having ass eating up every goddamn thing.

Boe
Word to cuzz. If that nigga everything I’m eating Mulan ass, I don’t give a fuck.

All four of them laugh and then begin to tie black bandanas around their faces as well as put on some skull caps. They they put on some sunglasses to cover up their eyes and ready their guns.

Capo
Let’s move.

Capo was the first to get out and the others follow. Boe takes a few sniffs smelling just what everyone else was smelling. That good ol’ BBQ. He rubs on his belly and the other chuckle trying their best not to laugh. Capo stares at Boe and shakes his head. A splash is heard along with the laughter of some kids and parents. Capo directs Boe to follow him while he tells Tone and Emilio to go around on the other side. They give each other a nod and begin to circle around the house. Emilio stays close behind Tone as he leads the way. As they get to the edge of the house and see the swimming pool with kids swimming inside it. The parents were talking among one another sharing a laugh and then they seen their target cracking open a beer as he stands at the grill. Capo and Boe see the same thing on the other end. Capo looks back at Boe and Boe walks out and fires a bunch of shots in the air with his silenced MP5 submachine gun.

Boe
ALRIGHT!? GET DOWN AND SHUT YO PASTEY WHITE ASSES UP?! GET DOWN! NOW!

Tone and Emilio come out from the corner pointing the guns at the others in the party while Capo runs up at Chet who looked like he was reaching for a weapon. He points the gun at the back of Chet’s head.

Capo
Don’t even think about it nigga.

Capo reaches down and takes the gun from Chet placing it in his own waistband.

Officer Chet Bradley
You niggers are making a big fucking mistake!? You know who I am?! Huh?! Do you know who the fuck I am?! Do you know who you’re fucking with?!

Mrs. Bradley
For Christ’s sake, Chet! Shut up and do what they say?!

Tone goes over to Chet’s wife and places his knee into the center of her spine while holding his gun at her check.

Tone
Say something else. Say something else bitch and you gonna catch this led to. Shut the fuck up yelling bitch! Ain’t nobody got time for your yelling ass.

Emilio sees one of the parents who looked a little like Chet going for a knife and he runs over and kicks him in the gut before turning him over and placing the gun to his forehead.

Emilio Vialpando
You really wanna be a fucking hero right now? Stay the fuck still.

Capo looks around surveying the scene.

Capo
We don’t wanna hurt anybody else than this man here. He’s all we came for. Don’t do anything stupid or I swear to God almighty every one of you will die today. You understand me? I said do you understand me?!

Everyone
Yes!

Boe walks over to the grill and looks at all the food.

Boe
Well damn...You white folk done out did yourselves.

Boe looks over to see a pretty college girl trying to hide and protect some of the kids.

Boe
That your daughter, Officer Tenpenny? Answer me nigga, that your daughter.

Officer Chet Bradley
Ye--yes!

Boe
Huh...How bout that? Swine Flu got himself a fine ass lil bitch daughter. Aye..Aye! Get your fine ass over here and make a nigga a plate or something. Hurry the fuck up!

Tone
Seriously nigga?

Capo facepalms and walks Bradley over to the edge of the pool. He kneels him down while his daughter walks over and starts to make Boe a plate.

Boe
Don’t hold back on that macaroni and cheese either bitch.

She nods obeying his orders.

Officer Chet Bradley
Don’t you speak to my daughter like that, nigger! You fucking monkeys are a disgrace! How dare you come in here and ruin his day..Memorial Day for fucks sake?!

Boe
You better shut your ass up before I make her insides see all this nigga dick. Shut the fuck up.

Capo snickers and leans over.

Capo
We wouldn’t even be here if you ain’t done all the fucking shit you been doing or minded your own damn business. Any last words?

Chet looks around to his family who were scared shitless.

Boe
Mmm...Some good as ribs my nigga. Shit. Needs more bbq sauce but it’s still good.

Tone and Emilio look over a Boe stuffing his face under his bandana and shakes their heads.

Officer Chet Bradley
Yeah, f----

Before he could say anything else, Capo pulled the trigger sending a single shot through his skull. The kids yelp as they watch Chet’s body fall into the pool. Capo stands for a moment watching Chet’s body float in the water. He then turns and waves to his men.

Capo
Let’s go.

The all begin to run out out following Capo until they got to the car. The men of the family run towards them but Emilio turns and points the gun at them stopping them in their tracks as the others got in the card. Capo pulls the car around Tone opens up the back door.

Tone
Let’s go! C’mon!

Emilio back stepped with his gun aimed at them until he climbed in the car while Boe pointed his gun out the passenger side window keeping them there as Emilio got in. Once Emilio was in Capo peeled off leaving the men standing there.

Happy Memorial Day.
