Homestuck (and MSPA in general)

Hello Darkness My Old Friend

I've been needing to post about this for a while. The illustrious Andrew Kleiner got me to read Homestuck during the summer of last year and I've been into it ever since. Personally -as far as the kids from either session go- I'm a fan of Roxy. As far as trolls go, I'm a fan of Vriska. And that's as far as I'll go on the subject.

It's not a fear, it's a downright hatred.

Wake Up.

Bump, due to boredom and relevance. And because more than 3 people know of it now.

Just a crash course.

or you can consult my blog post to get a tad more detailed outlook on it.

Well, HS is pretty interesting. There was a point I was really into it, but then it just died down for me. Sparkie keeps me informed of all the shenanigans, and he's even so generous as to show show hentai here and there.
But that hasn't happened in a while, ever since an incident with mentality.
All in all, I think its cool.

A month long hiatus is pretty good for your health. But hopefully it's about to be over.

I think a few people might have died. I'm not too sure. Damn you Hussie.

BTW, how great would it be if Hussie announced on April 1st that he was cancelling Homestuck, and than proceeded not to update until 4/13 with an epic flash? While it may be obvious to anyone with a brain what he is doing (because April Fools and all that) the majority of the fanbase is impulsive and stupidly emotional *cough*vriska whiners*cough* and the reactions will be great. People will flip out so bad, it would be amazing.

I don't even think the wait for Cascade was this bad. I think it's because we all knew the gist of what was coming, so it was easier to handle.

After [S] Caliborn: Enter, it's just such a huge cliffhanger that has absolutely no hint to where we're going next.

Neither of the hiatuses are that bad for me. Guess I'm just used to waiting for updates, whereas didn't you finish the archive just before the EOA5 Hiatus?

I skimped on a few areas (like the early bits of A5/2, and the MC intermission.), but other than that, yeah. I reread the entire thing during the hiatus, and almost done with my 2nd right now.
