I'm experiencing technical problems here at my Two-Story Fort. Apparently having your wifi router fall 10 feet off of a media center onto a hardwood floor with enough force to pop open the casing is a bad thing. So now U-Verse and my Interwebs is on the fritz. AT&T is coming out to fix it in 2-3 weeks. So I'm probably not gonna be on to much. I'll try to get on when my wifi can stay stable for more than five minutes. Right now I'm using my friends mobile hotspot as a connection source. I'll give you guys a shout when I'm back at 79%(That's all the prevents I'm allotted ever since the AppoCider and Appojacks incident.) Cya latur. |

Try again bro, if you, a human being fall 10 feet, most surfaces will crack something in you too. I'm surprised it's not completely broken. You know what Devin, I'll postpone my project until the 12th, just for you, in hopes you'll be back by then. I'll just post a teaser this Sunday instead. I hope AT&T hold up to their time frame, they aren't exactly famous for keeping estimates regarding time down here in my neck of the woods. |

Ouch. 2-3 weeks? That sucks, man. If it's completely broken you could always just order a new router. Although those things aren't cheap... |

Well, if you can't handle the shock, that is. To me ten feet is dropping slightly under four feet above my height. Anyway, let this be a lesson to you to secure your router better. Mine's in this sort of topless box attached to the wall, meaning the only way of moving it is upwards. |

Yeah, I mean- I know how to fall 10 feet and not break, but a router doesn't have knees and ankles to bend, it can't roll, etc. Back on topic though, our router is like in a cubeism type thing, only a foot or two off the ground. |

Yeah, if possible, it's always best to keep it from a big drop like that. I just leave mine sitting on a little 2 foot table in the corner of the room. |

Should i pin this as the "Where do you keep your router" topic? haha Mine is on my night stand, not secured in any way. However, if it falls it'll fall on carpet, so I'm set. |
