Who has seen it? I loved it - it seemed a bit rushed in places and Batman himself is as boring and one dimensional as always, but other than that I thought it was excellent.

One of the few movies I've seen lately when it was new, it seemed rushed as a whole. Many aspects were off from one shot to another, like blood amounts on costumes (why would you even remove and try to reapply blood?), and the fact that 'Hines Ward' had a different jersey and helmet number. A lot of small details like that were off. But the explosions and shit were nice. Michael Bay is probably jealous.

I thought the movie was incredible, a few small plot holes here and there but nothing detrimental.

I avoided this topic till today. Just saw it with my family, who complained about the air conditioning after and got a full refund. I'm more used to the heat so I didn't bitch like them.

I enjoyed it, and shit, but I do admit the blood effects got fucked like when

Just saw it a few days ago. I didn't think notice the "rushed" aspects like you guys, however like dempsey said the fact that gordon's partner got shot that much and had next to no blood was a bit odd.

Other than that, I didn't spot too many plot holes other than just "why the fuck didn't you just shoot batman/bane, he's right fucking there and you're holding a gun" every few minutes. Seriously, those were all over the place. Every time batman did some hand to hand combat, surrounded by like 5 guys with guns and for some reason none of them shoot and all of them go in and try to punch him... wtf. And with bane, there was at least 3 or 4 opportunities for people (no including batman, since he doesn't kill) to kill him before shit got bad.

Also as a whole, for a 3 hour movie the amount of it that actually had batman in it was pretty short... probably no more than 20 or 30 minutes. Which is strange to me because, in the all the batman shows i've ever watched (you'll have to excuse the fact that I never read the comics), he spent 90% of his time in the batman suit solving crimes and stuff, and you hardly every saw him as bruce wayne. Whereas in this Christopher Nolan trilogy, I feel like this was the opposite.

Overall though I thought the plot was neat, Bane was a badass bad guy and his plot (although not foolproof) was very clever. The bad-guy plot twist at the end (which I won't spoil here) was very unexpected for me up until right before it happened, so I was pretty happy with it. The ending in general was pretty great.

Oh, and don't even get me started about Anne Hathaway in the cat-woman suit. Meow, that's all I'm gonna say.

Hello Darkness My Old Friend

Saw it last night, all I have to say is holy shit that was a pretty good movie.

I don't know if this is true or not, but I think I saw Eric from Power Rangers Time Force in it, as the "hot-headed" cop? Just thought I saw his face somewhere before...

V Spoilers and shit, I guess V

I wanted to see the gross part of Bain's face. Like, I was waiting for BatMan to rip off his mask and beat the shit out of him. But then CatWoman (Fuck I wanted to slap her ass so many times) killed him with the Bat Motorcycle thing. Pretty lame death actually.

I had a feeling that Blake would be Robin at the end of the movie. Like, when he was telling Wayne that his parents died and he looked up to Bat Man. And then Bat Man just completely foreshadowed it with "You should wear a mask," after saving Blake from Bain's thugz.

I thought the movie was super cool. The twist was unexpected. Would watch again.

Holy shit dude I wanted to do so much more than just slap it.

Oh and I also agree with the rest of your post, although I wasn't expecting him to be Robin, I thought he would be Batman Beyond hahaha.
