KONNICHIWA! Finally a section ABOUT this little project of............... randomness~ :3 Hanabi! Project is the creation of the Fail Leader, Kerri-kinz, who began singing covers for songs at the beginning of 2010. Kerri-kinz joined a few groups but one that she sticks true to is Wakusei! Project, which inspired her to create her very own singing group for Hello! Project songs. And so Hanabi! Project was born. The first generations were friends of Kerri-kinz's from the Wakusei group, Peachii, Sootie, Rii and Bananacho, and so no auditions took place. After some time Kerri-kinz came across My-chan, who became the first Soloist and first Gen 2 member within Hanabi, and then shortly after that the Gen 2 auditions were announced, resulting in Gen 2 members: Alie, Ai-chan and Ayuchii along with the first generation of Project Chicks, Corsica, MomoK, Kumiii and Mikuri However shortly after recording for her debut within Hanabi! Project, Alie graduated to focus on schooling. After that, Kerri-kinz found Fuyumi via a duet with MomoK and decided to add Fuyumi as the second soloist and the first 3rd Gen member of Hanabi. Not much after Fuyumi joining, our 3rd generation auditions started to expand our family. Lots of awesome singers from around the world joined in our auditions, as well as our lovely trainees, all wanting a spot in our main group. The singers were tested in songs featuring our Soloists. In the end there were a total of 5 people that passed the audition; Jen, Lena, Jaydie, Kana and Yuki. Together with our 3 promoted eggs, MomoK, Kumii and Mikuri, they formed our 3rd generation. With some of our first generation eggs graduating, new ones were also added. After participating in our 3rd generation auditions Pikaru, Mati and Kei joined the Chicks. ...... And with the addition of the 7th generation, a new group, Ace Musume, had their main debut. And with the debut of the group Hanabi is making it's way back to activity in the dubbing world. Though we've lost members, we are still going strong! The aim for Hanabi! is to have a group that is inspiring and also a family. Experience is not required, because Kerri-kinz feels that Hanabi members should learn how to improve together and have fun so that their singing can be a great experience for them all as well as for the listeners to enjoy. |
