It was two weeks after the holidays, and things were somewhat quiet at the Futura. Cathy and Dave had finally moved into their room. Jeffrey and Nate Atherton, Aaron's brothers, were staying at the resort to visit their brother and nephew, Aidan. Jeff and Nate were helping put things together in their mother's room. Aaron was helping, but he also had to keep an eye on Aidan.

"Is this gonna be Grandma and Grandpa's home too?" Aidan asked.

"Indeed it is, buddy," Nate smiled, "Grandma and Grandpa are moving here."

"It's going to be great with them here," Aaron said, "I wish you and Jeff could move here too."

"I know, Aaron," Jeff said, understanding the pain his brother was going through, "but we can't. Nate and I have to figure out what damage Jennifer had done to Ether. Elixir has been sold, and that is taken care of, and we have to decide what to do with Ether."

"You could always begin here at the Futura," Sarah Jo McArthur said, "we have a space here and you guys can work here, as you did in LA."

"It's something to consider," Nate admitted, "Jeff and I have bounced the idea of selling Ether and moving here to Orlando, at least we'd be near family. But we can't move in one fell blow. We would have to sell Ether; and get our things here to Orlando."

"Your parents and I sold Elixir through a commercial real estate agency here in Orlando," Rusty Brown said, "I don't see why they couldn't help you too."

"I'll contact them for you," Cathy said, "at least give it a thought."

"I think that is a good idea," Jeff nodded. Nate agreed. "Let's think it over."

The phone rang, Sarah Jo picked up, it was Marie.

"Some people who know Aaron are here," Marie reported.

"I would say we should get down to the front desk," Sarah Jo smiled.

A few minutes later, everyone was down stairs and saw some familiar friends.

"Oh my goodness," Cathy said, "Joan and Albie."

"Cathy Rizzo, what can I say?" Albie smiled, "You look marvelous, Aaron, great to see you, my friend."

"You too, kiddo," Aaron answered, giving his frat brother, a hug.

"Where's that darling son of your's?" Joan asked smiling.

"Auntie Joan!" Aidan crowed, running to her.

"Aidan, sweetie," she said, hugging him tightly, "you've grown up so wonderfully."

"You look great, kiddo," Albie smiled, "where do we go to check in?"

"Right here," Marie smiled. She quickly and efficiently checked Joan and Albie in.

"Everyone, there will be dinner at the Spinning Saturn at six," Sarah Jo smiled, "on me."

At six. everyone was on their way to the main lobby. What they saw stunned them.

A crowd was surrounding two people, and Jason and Nate had a sinking feeling who it as.

"I don't think Aaron should see this," Nate said.

"Neither do I," Jeff said, "that hussy ex-wife of his!"

"Oh my god," Jennifer's familiar screech sounded all over the lobby.

"Yes," Nate said coldly, "it's the tramp that nearly sank us!"

"Oh come on," Jennifer snapped, "is that any way to talk to your former sister in law?"

"Former being the operative word," Jeff said angrily, "what are you doing here? Aaron doesn't want to speak to you again! And frankly, neither do we!"

Albie shot a venomous glare at Jennifer. Aaron had told him what she had said about him.

"Well, well, well," he said airily, "if it isn't the biggest phony of all!"

Joan looked through Jennifer, "Hello, faker!" she snapped.

Jennifer ignored her adversary. "I got some news," she crowed.

Albie glared at her, "Don't you DARE talk to my sister that way," he snapped, "and do we really care what your stupid news is?"

"I am MARRIED!" she crowed with glee, "To the wonderful Zach Janson!"

Albie closed his eyes, he had the beginnings of a stress headache coming on. Jennifer's irritating presence often gave him those headaches. Joan looked at her brother, worriedly.

"Albie, are you all right?" Joan came up to him.

"Why do I remember and hate that name?" Albie said wearily.

"Don't worry, honey," Joan said, "you don't need to worry about her."

Jennifer laughed in scorn at the group. "I won!" she crowed, "You lost!"

"Not so," Sarah Jo said, "you've never won. All you do is think you've won! You've never won anything, legitimately any way, except what you manipulate to get an illegal win!"

"So what?!" Jennifer yelled, "I won't let you ruin my happy day!"

"Why do you have to ruin our day?" Sarah Jo snapped.

"Because I want to!" Jennifer sneered.

"You make me ill," Sarah Jo said, "I don't care about you, or your miserable life. Both you and that fiend you call a husband can get the hell out of this building right now, or I will call security!"

Zach and Jennifer flounced out, their noses high in the air.

As they passed, they almost shoved a trio of people coming in.

"Darren!" Albie crowed, his stress headache relieving after some Tylenol, "Libby, Jason!" he was thrilled.

"Albie," Darren ran to his best friend and hugged him warmly.

Libby hugged him too, "Albie, you look absolutely sensational, fashionable as always," she smiled, "what is going on? Who was that shrew that nearly ran us over!"

"Jennifer," Joan said.

"Oh, the Madame La Farge of Orlando," Libby said sardonically, "I could care less about that snot!"

"So do we all," Jason said, coming up to Albie, "are you ok, sweetie?"

Aaron and the others looked at one another. Obviously something big had happened while they had been in Orlando.

"You made it official?" Jeff Atherton asked. "When did that happen, and where?"

"Yep," Jason smiled, "Albie and I tied the knot before Prop 8 came into effect. It was a small private wedding in Los Angeles, only Joan, Libby and Darren stood up with us. We had the reception at Elixir, it was the final party we had before it closed."

"So, it's considered legal?" Marie Jensen asked.

"Recognized," Albie said, "even in places that wouldn't normally recognize it."

"Rusty said there is plans to find work," Libby said.

"Yes," Rusty said, "Joan was named as second in command. Libby, you've always had a flair for PR, and I want you to meet Mary Lynn Anderson, head of Public Relations."

Mary Lynn and Libby smiled, "I think we'll work out well," Mary Lynn grinned at Libby.

"Darren and Jason could be hosts at the Spinning Saturn," Rusty said, "they always did well at Elixir."

He smiled at Jeff and Nate. "What is the verdict on Ether?" he asked.

"We talked about it after Mom brought it up to us, and Jeff and I are selling," Nate said, "We're both moving here, but I will be the only one living and working at Futura. Jeff will live and work at another resort on grounds."

"This way, we're not underfoot," Jeff grinned, "I will be at the Polynesian, and not a long ways from the Futura."

So, Nate moved into the Futura, and Jeff moved to the Polynesian. Sarah Jo had recommended him to work in management there. Jeff was happy there. For a few days, Nate and Jeff went back to California to get their things packed and taken care of. All was prepared and they would have things ready. They separated their things and moved to their respective places. Jeff at the Polynesian and Nate at the Futura.

That evening, once everyone was all settled and unpacked, at dinner, everyone was rehashing the day's and week's events. Jeff came over from the Polynesian to have dinner with his family.

"Well, Jennifer is married, and we're rid of those two," Marie said.

"Never rid of them," Sarah Jo said, "but we can handle them."

The crowd laughed.

"And my three sons are here now," Cathy smiled, "Dave is here, I am here, and Aidan has family!"

"Now I am happy!" Aidan smiled.

Everyone laughed again, Aaron rubbed his son's hair.

"I love you, buddy," he said to his little boy.

"I love you too, Daddy," Aidan smiled, giving his dad a hug.
