Constitutional Suggestions; Before we start drafting, give us your thought, how would you like the region to be run?

Soon a constitution for Hawaki will be drafted, this will outline how we, as a region want to operate. Below just post general thoughts and ideas for the constitution of Hawaki. Once finalized the constitution will guide how we run and will be in the hands of the Minister of Law.

1. Unicameral legislature, composed of all citizens of Hawaki. Led by a Chairman or whatever, elected to month-long terms.
2. Executive (President, Chancellor, or a whole slew of names we could come up with) elected to three-month-long terms; appoints Ministers with 3/5 concurrence of legislature. Executive position and WA Delegate are one and the same.
3. Elected leader of judiciary, elected to three-month-long terms (though not at the same time as the executive); appoints two assistant justices (or any other name we come up with) with 3/5 concurrence of legislature.
4. No immediate reelection. No term limits need to be imposed, though.

Those are just basics. Thoughts?

My proposals for the consitution:

1, New laws can be proposed by any member of legislature but must receive a 51% majority to pass.
2, Any law can be repealed by the Legislative Head and WA Delegate.
3, No law can be passed which directly contradicts any article of the constitution.

4, A unified armed forces shall be formed of all citizen nations.
5, All nations must contribute to said force, either monetarily or physically.
6, An attack on a Hawaki citizen shall be considered an attack on all Hawaki(ans?)

If these are alright I might think of a few more later

Will this constitution give supreme powers to WA delegates as well as the founder, it would be more democratic but it could make us a target for invaders.
Also at what point will we become democratic, will it be decided by periods of time or number of people in the region and what will be the delegates?
