I mean she does the Phase 1 & 11 as a vegetarian. Tough little birdie, she is! I'd pretty much have to live on SALADS and SOUPS and FRESH VEG JUICE. Oy. I'm already depressed!!!

OK..the brain is really slow...I get the phase 1 ( from this site..right?) but what is 11 veg....I m sorry .....as for what you have to eat is very close to phase 1 without the meat...and...I don't have cheese anymore yet... as for the cream cheese..sour cream..etc...I haven't yet ..but thinking about it...well I guess it isn't... ...If you are going to do it then plan ahead of what you are going to eat and make alot of it...like the soups...cause I am trying to add more veggies and want to have soups for snacks...but find I should make them and alot of it to get myself though the next few weeks...Like HB said she is making a big ass (not her words.. ) pot of soup....with me...everytime I make soups they have no flavor...I am going to check out the soup thread for a recipe....So bottomline here is plan and come here for support..and ask God to help you through it.....keep us post everyday of how you are doing...maybe we can give you some recipes or whatever....to help you get through it...it maybe hard the first few days only...can you have cheese....if so...put it on :lol:

Phase 11 is Phase 2. It's not Phase ELEVEN. Heh. 'Veg' is doing it vegetarian. I usually swing between Phase 1 and Phase 11. When I do Phase 1, it's really Phase 1 like 90% and when I do Phase 2 it's the same. As strong willed and detail obsessed as I am, I still eat things I 'shouldn't' sometimes and I'm ok with that. I still lose weight, ever so slowly, and I am getting healthy! I figure unless you've got a serious illness you're fighting, like life or death stuff, then just think of the Phases as a 'guideline', even Doug says that. It's not carved in stone, we are only human after all, not making excuses, just being real. I DO drink ONE cup of coffee in the mornings [some days I'll do tea], I still eat Moz cheese, sometimes I'll have a Fuji apple or a small glass of goat's milk. This is ultimately, after all, a LIFESTYLE CHANGE, not just another 'diet' you go ON and then OFF. You don't 'cheat' or 'fall off the wagon' you just "make unhealthy choices." I just look at it differently. I used to be the 'diet' queen. This program WORKS, it's HEALTHY and it's DOABLE in the everyday real world. It may take awhile to get in the groove of it and work the tweaks for YOUR lifestyle, just be patient with yourself and steady as she goes, like the turtle. I wouldn't pick dried cranberries out of my trail mix or worry about what something was fermented in. I mean, I'm looking for BALANCE here, not obsessive compulsiveness. We will always have fungus in us, we can't totally eliminate it, we just need to bring it back into balance so it doesn't take over and try to put us back in the ground before our time. That's MY view of all this, for what it's worth. Everyone has their own THUMBPRINT and we each must find what works for us and what we're willing to live with and do to get and stay healthy! Yes...that is exactly how I feel about it too...that was funny about the 11 ...I laughed my ass off when it was roman numerals sp?...now for the fasting you are thinking about doing didn't you say it has to be only veggies and soups.... ...that is why I was asking about the meats and cheese stuff...I am trying to do phase 1 for at least 2 weeks ...but I guess if I have tortillas it would keep the the whole thing...that is the only thing that I can have that doesn't bother me..(bloating/gas)...rice, pasta, and bread do...I must be the yeast .... ... ...well hello sue that is it ....boy I am so slow brained these days..... ...ok guys question....what do you have/take to keep things moving...I seem to drink alot of water...oils...etc...and only one BM a day...it should be more than that especially if we are taking things to absorb the toxins...right....so let me know....brain is in forget mode....

I take Magnesium Citrate every day to keep things moving along. Yes, "Normal" is 3X a day, once after each meal. And soft, but not messy. So if bunny pellets, that is very NOT good. (how's that for good grammar!??) The harder things come out the longer the transit time is or how long it takes for foods to move through. The faster the better. I hope this isn't TMI, but it is important! As long as I take my Mag. Cit. and my anti-fungals eash day, I stay regular. I drink a LOT of water too. Up to 14 glasses per day. Water with liquid stevia is my "munchie." I drink water instead of eating something. I also take vitamins with each meal and add sea salt to every other glass of water to keep the electrolytes up. |

Do you take anything to balance the calcium or does it not bother it... So you don't take anything to absorb the toxins...isn't that important...or are you having grains in your diet to do so...and isn't flax meal ok to use for that purpose too...instead of psyllium... As for the TMI ..on Shelley's site she says how long, size, texture, color..what color is shouldn't be and why..here is what she says... A textbook-perfect stool for a larger adult is over 10 inches long, 2 inches thick, well-formed but not totally compacted, eliminates easily. It may or may not float depending on how much veggie fiber is in it. If it is slick looking and floats, you have undigested fats and that's not good. Any kind of brown color is acceptable. Green is usually okay. Certain foods will turn it odd colors. Beets usually come out still red. Yellow feces means fast transit times, as bile is yellow but tends to turn color during digestion. Most toxins are yellow or orange. It is ok to take antifungals everyday and when do you take them and when do you take your probiotics...morn/night..etc... Hey I didn't even think of drinking water with some xylitol or stevia by itself, sometimes I would add stevia but always had lemon in it and lemon gets old too.....what a good idea...cause sometimes it isn't even quenching.... I JUST LOVE THIS SITE.....YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST....SO FULL OF GREAT INFO.. |

I take AIM Herbal Fiberblend. I've tried many different kinds of fiber products, but this one is THE BEST EVER. It tastes horrible, but I blend it in a bit of grapefruit juice and down the hatch a couple times a day. I get mine from: http://www.aim4health.com/fiberblend.htm I take CALM in my water at least once a day and some raw salt too. Maybe those of us who've been doing this for awhile should post our daily schedule? Give others some ideas on how we 'do it' every day. |

OK - I take all this in one day: * My thyroid pills (Armour) * a 6 pack of Damage Control Master Formula - see link for ingredient list, it is quite extensive. * BioActive's BioPlus 2x * Fish oil * Hyaluronic acid 2X a day * Magnesium citrate * GlycoNutrient * Nettle Leaf * Sweet Wheat 2X * Chromium picolinate (usually C2) 3X * Milk Thistle + Dandelion 3X * Antifungal rotation 3X (Caprylic acid, oregano oil, or olive leaf - sometimes garlic) I take between 25 and 35 pills per day. I get plenty of everything I need. But I must take the extra Mag Cit on an empty stomach to be sure things keep moving and my anti-fungals seem to play a role in this as well. I do eat some grains each day and they are clean grains. I have no issues any longer with constipation, so I don't worry with fiber. Psyllium clogs me up like crazy and I drink a LOT of water each day. I can't take flax with low thyroid either. Hopefully, this helps you out BB!!

Ok..this is second day and no grains...a little better today...I only took iodine this morning for antifungal effect...but actual antifungal...well you did say iodine is an antifungal..but I didn't take alot cause I think I was getting alot of die off...plus my transit time is slow so I have to be careful...just now finishing my "Natural Calm" magnesium cit... |

OH, sorry! Yes, I take 2 BioActive Probiotics each night. ![]() And iodine can be an anti fungal when used in the Candida Cleanse protocol. 6 drops 4X a day. I don't think it is anti fungal, necessarily, at lower doses until you are sufficient or full of iodine. Your thyroid has to have a full amount and excess is stored in deep muscle tissues. Then the blood is cleansed each time it passes thrrough the thyroid (every 17 minutes). This "sufficiency" can take anywhere from a few weeks to a year depending on how low your body was in iodine and other health issues such as absorbtion issues. That is with the 50 mg does every day. (8 drops of 5% = 50 mg.) |

OK.HB....I swear last dumb question about antifungals and iodine....do you take iodine everyday still...if so do you take it on the same day as the antifungals...sorry confused on this one.... or can I take my iodine with my meds in the morning and then later on take only antifungals and then probiotic at night...of course the probiotic at least 2 hours later..from antifunals and iodine....cause you said in another thread to do antifungals on days when I am not taking iodine...and why is that so...just my curious brain at work...sorry...lol ...

??? I said that??? HHmm, don't recall saying that. I'll look around. I probably meant that you don't take any of the antifunglas or iodine near the probiotics. But I could have type-o'ed or was very tired, or misunderstood what you asked. Yes, I take the antifungals and iodine on the same days. I still take 9 drops of 5% iodine each day. 3 before each meal. I suppose I will be taking this dose for around 3 years as that is what Dr. Abraham stated in his study. It can take around 3 years at 50 mg (8 drops) per day to get the low thyroid back on track. |

Hey HB...I found this post: Yes, iodine in small amounts is necessary for good health and would be in a food such as fish or seaweed. The oregano is so concentrated, it is not like a food any longer, therefore can kill off things in the gut as all concentrated supplements can do. If you are taking the 6 drops 4X a day 5% iodine to kill candida, then I'd probably say, no, don't take them together. Use it as a rotation. it is a few post back (I think the page before this one)...so in this post above you are saying rotate with the antifungals....so if I take oregano in the morning then the next dose of antifungals could be something else or iodine...or do antifungal of choice of one week then switch to another antifungal for a week then iodine for the next week....I am so sorry...I just don't want to cancel out what I am taking with something else....I know probiotics should be taken within 2-3 of iodine or antifungals....if we can't get this straight I my just call you ....lol lol
