Dr. Dave Holland, and Doug Kaufmann's list is this:

1. Eat "healthy" using the diet each have outlined. knowthecause.com This stops feeding your infection (fungus normally). This includes info on being alkaline to prevent and cure disease.

2. Restore Balance - take human strain probiotics. (Natren & BioActive Nutrients are the best brands IMO.)

3. Fight the Fungus - take anti-fungals not anti-biotics unless absolutely necessary!!
There is a list of good antifungals on this site you can buy at any health food store. Buy the one which is most natural, not standarized.

Our newest research shows that low iodine levels in the human body create the environment for disease. It the Iodine section you will read that low iodine levels promote breast and ovarian cancers. Iodine also removes heavy metals from the body. Iodine kills bacteria, virisus and molds in the bloodstream before they can attack you and make you sick. So, having sufficient iodine in the body is essential to good health, weight control, disease control, & mind health.

4. Get the bowels moving - it sounds gross, but this is imperative!! Good bowel movements gets the toxins moved out before they can be reabsorbed by the body. "Normal" is 3X a day, generally after each meal.

5. Exercise! It is repeated over and over, we need to get moving!! Even taking the stairs instead of the elevator!! One flight is better than nothing. Start slowly and work your way stronger!!
