Why you eatin so much GAK stuff???? LOL Gee whiz, find some stuff you ENJOY eating!! Get a list of your favorite foods and tweak em if you have to.

I LOVE oatmeal and would eat it every day if I 'could' ..... I add berries or coconut or currants or chopped nuts ...... DELISH!!!!

I add slices of lemon to my water .... and raw salt .... and CALM .... in a quart mason jar.

Kamut wrap? Tell me more!!!!

Hey N.Mayo,
Dr. Oz is a plant eater! Did you know that?

Oatmeal doesn't have to taste bad. I make mine with water, coriander, pinch of salt, and lots of frozen blue berries mixed in afterward. It tastes really good. My father makes his with silk soy so it is very creamy tasting and he puts strawberries on his and a touch of stevia.

I haven't had a regular coke in over 20 years. I had some of the diet coke in the early 90s and then gave that up too after learning about the art. sweeteners.

Hey, just giving a little info I thought was shocking for a doctor to say that he actually changed his diet!!! Unheard of in the medical field.

It is a personal choice. Not trying to push anything.

Oh I know you're not, ML!

:D

Dr. Oz is ok, other than the fact that he believes we're highly evolved pond scum!

:germ:

I read four of his books. Lotsa good stuff, some crapola.

So I eat the meat and leave the bones!

Yes, Dr. Oz is clueless about creation and believes what he has been indoctrinated in school :smart: with evolutionary thought. Hard to get years of teaching out of one's head!!

Oh cool! I can add nuts to my oatmeal. I can't add berries because that may be one of the things that is causing hives for me right now.

Actually the last three days have been hectic and I have had minimal sugar inside organic dairy free wheat free organic foods because I've been nursing my daughter through the stomach flu, my hubby has a sinus infection and so I couldn't go grocery shopping until today and then I also had an appointment with a neuro. So this week's been a bit crazy and I should be back on track again tomorrow.

I have been eating as sugar free as possible, I ended up eating buckwheat waffles that had some berries in them and seemed to react to them again with some hives - had to eat that daughter was puking and there was nothing else in the house for breakfast. I can't not eat because I actually get nauseaus etc when I miss eating.

I should not be living in Canada - it's too cold here and people keep getting sick over and over again. Three stomach flus in our house since November.

Anyways, I have managed to eat organic protein and salads and nuts etc. And we went grocery shopping this morning. So here I go back on track today. Yippppeeeeeee!

Oh and the Kamut wraps I buy from a health food store and they are organic, yeast-free, dairy free and probably free of other allergens. I use them when eating a meat protein, when my family has tacos I eat my meat and veggies in this wrap and I also eat yummy veggies like beets in them too.

Naes.
