If Phase one doesn't work for two weeks this time around - although I am committed, then I will wait and begin again in the spring when the weather picks up and not everyone in my house keeps getting sick. Breakfast - Protein shake Drinks: water and green tea. Lunch and dinner to be determined. Naes. |

Breakfast - 1 egg. supplements/vitamins etc... water w/ orange stevia (only 1/2 of what I have been using.) I will start drinking Yerba Mate once a day. ![]() lunch - dinner - I'll come back and edit. I will probably need a flour tortilla (I make them) b/c I have 5 packages going out today...I'll need the small amount of carb to stay awake!

Gooooooood foooooood daaaaaaay! Breakfast: Oatmeal with rice milk, honey and cinnamon Lunch: Kamut wrap with tuna, green onion, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and a veggie drink (spinach, lemon, lime, 1/2 green apple, and celery). Sninner (my name for snack plus dinner): Millet rice cakes with guacamole (avacado, lemon juice, garlic clove, sea salt), almonds, and some other kind of legal nut but I can't remember what it's called lol. Stuffed, don't anticipate an appetite for dinner. I ate from lunch time right through until 4:30 p.m. What that was all about I don't know - not PMSing, not preggers, not stressed. Oh healthy day!!!!!!!!!!!!! Drinks: Water, perrier w/lime, green tea I can't believe how stuffed I feel after healthful foods. Naes. |

Breakfast: Protein shake Lunch: Rice pasta, chicken, tomato, zucchini, olive oil, apple cider vinegar Dinner: Mashed sweet potato, salmon, broccoli Drinks: water, green tea, and some lemon/lime spritzer (prolly illegal because it had juice it it) snacks: walnuts, millet rice cakes |

Lemon, lime juice and grapefruit juice are all "legal" on the Kaufmann Phase diet. It is the sweet fruits which are not, such as orange, grape or apple juice. Even berry juice is not allowed but eating the whole berry is allowed as the fiber and seed (ellegic acid) is good for you. If you are trying to do Phase 1, though, sweet potatoes are not allowed, they are Phase 2. So, it just depends on what you are trying to accomplish! They sure are good for you though!

Dear diary, I mean hb! hehe. (my personal cheerleader) Breakfast: Protein shake with mixed berries Lunch: Sardines on Kamut bread with apple cider vinegar Dinner: Breakfast sausages (dairy-free, wheat-free and organic) with spinach salad, sunflower seeds, green onion, olive oil and apple cider vinegar Drinks: Water, green tea, and Coke (kicking myself but moooooving forward) Snacks: Chips (kicking myself and once again moving forward), plus later I'll have some nuts or something healthy and some more water, need more of that. |

Hubby and I are starting Phase 1 together tomorrow. I did have a big salad for lunch. But we had a guest for several days and I made biscuits this morning. I replaced 1/2 wheat flour with 1 cup (yes.... 1/2 to 1) arrowroot powder. They were pretty good. See Water Cure Protocol Chart I just posted.... I'm really doing this!!! |

I forgot to post what we had yesterday!! Breakfast - 2 eggs - per Water Cure protocol Lunch - Tomato Soup (recipe here in Soups) and 2 pieces of melba toast. ![]() Dinner - Salad with taco meat and black olive tapanade - yes it has Feta cheese! I also had a bite of a biscuit I made and 1/2 a carob brownie I made w/ xylitol which affected me! I don't think I gained weight yesterday, is all I'll say.
