Yesterday, the 13th Breakfast, Lunch and Supper.... Salad with chicken and homemade french dressing. 1/2 granny smith apple after supper. Naes, I can't believe the closest people to you were telling you you were fat! If only they knew what they were doing to you! I weighed 150 for several years after having my first child... then when I got sick about 1 year and a half ago...I would react to things I ate, so I started the yeast diet, I dropped 27 pounds in just a matter of weeks. Just recently I've gained back 7 of those pounds. I'm hanging around 125-126 now. If I don't allow myself hardly any carbs the weight stays off, no matter how much fat I eat. But when I combine the two the weight starts climbing. |

Ok..yesterday I only had one meal and not by choice. Then went to work to bus tables and wanted to drop dead only from the pain but had energy. Well today I am craving eggs, meat, haha just about everything..my body is saying you need to food for those muscles you used last night so off I go to make a lot...lol lol. I am thinking eggs for starters but first I am going to make it in a shake form. I will come back and post exactly what I had. I may have to post it tomorrow morning. I do feel a little like a truck hit me today but not as bad as I thought for some one who hasn't done much physical work and then jumps into a physical job. |

Saturday - guests for dinner I made that Ettoufee again! YUMM! I've forgotten, but I think I had my 2 eggs for breakfast. Same for lunch Too much going on. I may have just snacked...Sunday - I missed breakfast and I was late to church as well. Guests for lunch - smoked chicken breast, green beans and mac 'n cheese - homemade with safe cheeses. Dinner - flour tortillas with chicken breast and gouda cheese. I had to start taking iodine again. I have noticed I am not regular when I'm not takig higher doese of it. That is one of the symptoms of low iodine, from the articles I've read. Just the probiotics, magnesium citrate and antifungals did not continue to help.

HB, that smoked chicken and mac & cheese sounds delish! I can't believe it has been since Thursday since I've posted! Now I can't remember all that I ate. Let me go backward. Today: Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, 2 turkey sausage patties (homemade), 1 slice spelt toast. (and even after all that I still wanted to eat! What is the deal with that? Sometimes I think I could just eat all day long and never get full. Or maybe it's not full, it's just I'm not satisfied.) Snack: Bowl of rice chex in organic milk. (bad I know... but the "NEED" was so bad!) No lunch Supper: Salad (green leaf lettuce, spinach, grated carrot) with chicken and homemade dressing Drinks: Water only Sunday: Breakfast: Celery stalk with sunbutter Lunch: Chicken Veggie Soup Supper: Grilled chicken with grilled onions, green beans and yellow squash Saturday: Breakfast: Chicken Veggie Soup (Got this recipe from a candida book) Lunch: Chicken Veggie Soup Snack: Handful of oatmeal granola Supper: Grilled fish, green beans and just a few french fries. (We had a good ole country fish fry... but DH grilled some fish for me, although I couldn't resest a bit of fries when they first came out of that cooker. ) Friday: Hmmm... Now this one I can't remember. I think I had a salad for supper, not sure.

You guys are doing really good! Thanks for posting what you eat. It helps with ideas. Here's what I've been eating mostly: Breakfast: homemade raw milk yogurt with stevia and coconut flakes and added whey protein powder so it sticks with me longer. Or sometimes I put blueberries instead of coconut. I could probably eat this breakfast every day forever. We are so lucky to have found a source for raw milk and the kids like it too. Lunch: Usually salad with greens, shredded carrots, ACV, olive oil and sea salt/roasted garlic combo and organic tomato soup - or sometimes a grated carrot and sunflower or walnut salad with ACV and olive oil. I am lucky this week - my parents gave me some fresh arugula from their garden - yum! Dinner: We usually have some sort of meat and sauteed green beans, squash, etc., and a salad. My husband has started sauteeing them in olive oil and butter, but after the butter is melted and hot, he adds his spices to the hot oil and butter, and then adds the veggies. It really makes them full of flavor. Dessert: Frozen blueberries with cream and a little xylitol. I try not to have this more than a couple of times a week because of the cream. But I could eat it all the time! last night we made smothered pork chops, the gravy was made with almond meal and a little brown rice flour. Sure wished we could have had some rice or mashed potatoes with it, but we didn't or .I just can't seem to give up coffee in the morning, though. But the rest of the day, I pretty must just drink water or my water with ACV and iodine. I have lost 20 lbs, but am stuck now for about 3 months I'm sure it's because I haven't had time to exercise. |

This morning my youngest son has a friend staying ovr and he requested my pancakes. So I made pancakes with real butter and real maple syrup. He thinks that may be why he likes them so much - the maple syrup. I had 2 one was very small but I added pecans to mine for extra fiber and protein. The day is young...don't know what I'll be fixing for lunch or dinner.

OH I really want some pancakes and syrup!!! Wednesday: Breakfast: All kinds of this and that. Small salad.. finished up what was left of my salad dressing. 1 ham/cream cheese roll up. Few bites of chili... then few bites of rice chex.Lunch: Bowl of chili, half a piece of spelt toast I'm not doing too well for phase 1, but I guess I'm okay for phase 2. It's so hard to deny all grains! Supper will be eggs, homemade sausage, possibly brown rice grits or spelt toast. Thought I would go ahead and post this now, because there is church tonight and we are going on a trip tomorrow, so I won't have time to post. Keep me in your prayers! We will be going out to eat alot over the next 4 days. We'll be staying in a hotel, so I won't have a kitchen. I'm fixing up my salad dressing before I go and I have some of my chicken veggie soup frozen and some leftover chili to take with me. I'm going to take sunbutter and celery. We are taking a cooler... so all that I eat won't be terrible, but much more than what it should be. It's going to be rough! Any other suggestions of what I can do or take with me that will be easy? Oh.... I've got some canned salmon to take also. |

Sounds like you have the right idea! Taking a cooler with things to nibble on. Just look for healthier alternatives on any menu when you must eat out. I will be praying for you. Maybe eat pancakes, once... as a side then walk a lot and take antifungals with it.
