Thurs -
B - 1 flour tortilla
L- salad with black olives and pecans & Fish w/ shrimp/cream sauce
D - burritos w/ refried beans (Great Northern), taco meat, gouda cheese & cayenne mayonnaise. (all homemade - excpet the cheese)

I think BBs idea of taking ACV before each meal is actually working! It curbs my appetite and I don't eat near as much! :D

AloeGal

HB, did you at least smear some butter on that tortilla? I'd be starving to death to be sure! You are doing great with your weight loss... I on the other hand am gaining of course... cuz I eat like a horse. Hey that rhymes. LOL

Yesterday:

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, 1 1/2 pieces turkey sausage, 1 slice spelt toast

Lunch: 2 fried eggs, 1 slice of bacon, 1 turkey sausage, 1 slice spelt toast

Supper: 1 of Wendy's 99 cent burgers without the bread and 1 caesar side salad. Without the caesar dressing. I used some italian I had mixed up at home.

I was a leader for Weigh Down Workshop for 8 sessions. The first thing you learn in that seminar is to cut everything in 1/2. Restaurant serving portions are made for at least 2 meals! So, My suggestion woud be cut your portions down and drink lots of water! 2nd, learn the difference between head hunger and true (stomach) hunger. Only eat when you are truly hungry with signs of that such as stomach growling, light-headed, etc. Never eat out of boredom. If you want to eat, but you are not hungry, find something else to do.
Using the Water Cure protocol, drink a glass of water with a pinch of sea salt added 30 minutes before each meal. If you add a tsp. ACV to that it will help make you feel satisfied much longer.
On top of this information... eating 4 or 5 small meals per day is much healthier than 3 larger meals.

No, I didn't add butter to my tortilla! :) I used to never eat breakfast. Today I really blew it though, I had ice cream for breakfast! But I did top with my homemade carob sauce. Didn't hold me very long, but I got a good rush of energy which I needed to get a few things done. ;)
Lunch - spicy marinated shrimp with tortilla chips.
Dinner - ???

My size 8 jeans are fitting better! :D

Okay this weekend with so much running around I ate the weirdest diet. I stuck to the candida diet but nothing was portioned or eaten properly.

Thank goodness I'm home tomorrow and can sit down to a properly prepared meal. I feel like I'm starving and could eat the plaster off the walls lol. Just to be clear -- no that's not a craving of mine.

I did enjoy lots of veggies with hummus today though.

Same here... the diets has been off this weekend! Back on Phase 1 tomorrow!

I did make all home meade burritos fixings today (well, I didn't make the cheese..). Tortillas, cheese sauce, taco meat, and refried beans.
Kids want chicken enchiladas tonight.
Skipped breakfast. I only took my supplements.

Yes, PMSing here too, I guess, as well as super busy remodeling the kitchen, working on my web-site, etc.... I've had homemade ice cream (which wasn't too good), a few chips here and there and, as I mentioned, mashed white potatoes and gravy. I didn't each a whole lot and I was hungry again before I went to bed. But I'm not losing much weight. :( Today, so far:
B- 1 scrambled egg
L - chicken salad with few chips

No where to make the tortaillas today! :( Hopefully hubby doesn't have a cow when he gets home! I need his help to mount the cabinets! They are too heavy for the kids and I to manage alone.
*********************************** update
Hubby was impressed and helped get the big cabinet up. I was able to load everything back in and get dinner ready! Everyone wanted the Chicken Enchiladas again, so that is what we had!
Blessings,
AloeGal

Now, will your husband be having a grass fed cow or one that gets all the antibiotics and growth hormones?

Just wanna make you laugh because I've got my red friend and I'm still feeling blah and I'm eating properly but don't want to write it down - meaning don't wanna think about food. I need to laugh when I feel like this.

Hope you got your kitchen cabinets up.

:snickerlol: It was grass-fed! ;) And this is one of my heavy days, surfing the crimson wave!

He had another great idea and will probably work on that today. The other cabinet was connected at one end to another cabinet (which we didn't move) and we have to finish it out. He is going to round off the end and have open shelves for display on that end. I think it will look good! :D

Back on track today with 1 egg for breakfast along with all my supplements. :thumb:
