I am not in the mood to talk about food because I'm still doing my candida diet.

Lol, listen to me - I'm in a mood. Guess it's related to my diet etc.

ALso busy writing, child entertaining etc etc.

I'm still checking the site every day though.

Naes.

As usualy, I was side-tracked and got off a bit. I'm still eating my egg every morning and then I'm trying to eat more salads. But if I'm home I'm never off Phase 3 because I don't keep any foods in the house that aren't at least Phase 3! I'm starting to work our today! The kitchen is just about done! A few touch ups here and there. YEA!! I LOVE IT!!! :yahoo:

Sorry, I have fallen off the wagon again! We have been so busy setting up our web-sites I have not been faithful to phase one! BUT we have not been eating out. Hubby has done much better than I have. But to have energy I've been Phase 2.

B - only a few bites of what ever... 1/2 a tortilla, 1/2 a serving of Malt-O-Meal an occasional egg. I've really been tired of eggs lately!

L - I've been trying to eat more salads, but I have also still been making those tortillas nearly every day. My youngest son won't eat if there are not fresh ones! And to keep him eating, I make them! :D

Last night I boiled a chicken, so today I'm amking chicken salad with home made mayo.

Speaking of which, I had a friend bring me fresh eggs from her farm and I tried to make mayo. It didn't work! Any ideas???

I'm not sure about the mayo.. that's something I rarely ever use, so don't bother making it. I tried once and it wasn't too good.

I'm not on phase 1 either.. but just on Phase. I stick to the diet as much as possible and try to stick to at least phase 2. It seems when I cut too many carbs out I start to have problems with my muscles and I get really tired.. so I think for me I need just a bit (of carbs).

Your DS has a good Mom to take care of him so well!

The past two days, breakfast foods just sounded disgusting. So I've had home made chiken salad w/ home made mayo and chopped eggs.

Lunch - chicken salad
Dinner - chicken enchiladas (again, my son loves them)

Today
Lunch - Fish Tacos
Dinner - Shrimp tacos

We always use home made tortillas.

I started my new work out - FINALLY!!! :D My abs are so sore! Three days down. I have a six day workout schedule. Ligtht workouts each day. And the first week I don't use weights to get used to the motions. AND I don't get very sore. :thumb: :hula:

Still doing candida diet but I'm now allowed to add an apple or a pear every day. I'm still getting a rashy face and I think I've figured it out. I seem to get rashy after taking a shower. I've changed my shampoo and soap is fragrance free. Could it be the water?

Hmmmmmm.

Not on here much, doing a great deal of volunteer work that's really important to me right now. But I will keep visiting a posting as much as I can.

Naes.

Either chlorine in the water or some other additive OR you may be getting the water too hot which strips oils from the skin making it dry.... But even if you have fragrance-free soaps, the oils used to make the soap as an impact as well. Some people find coconut oil drying.

Wadawas on this site makes and sells healthy bath and skin care stuff in your area... www.skintreats.ca you might check her site out! :D

We have been so busy moving things from building to building and remodeling... I have been off the diet (Phase 1) completely! But Phase 3 is normal for us. Today I splurged with a hamburger at a restaurant. The bun was home made and the burger was very lean. My splurge was fries. But I didn't finish any of it! :D :thumb:
