Water Cure Program Chart

I made a chart to keep up with the Water Cure protocol while I'm doing Phase 1 again...I have it in a page protector sheet and use a spot of sticky tack to mark my progress thoughout the day.


Print it if you want to use it too. I add all the supplements I take when I need them at each meal. Water Cure says to drink required dose of salt water 30 minutes befor eating then wait 2 hours before eating anything else.


Salt water - Water Cure - min. 2 hours between water doses, 30 minutes before eating.

Daily: 2 eggs, 2 carrots, iodine, 1 glass orange juice with salt, handful almonds or almond butter (2 Tbsp.) all for potassium, chlorophyll & multi w. extra C, E, A, B6, Selinum & zinc.

2 glasses Water upon rising - 1 with salt add 1/2 tsp. ACV & Iodine 1 drop

Breakfast - 2 eggs

Water w/ salt

Snack - optional - carrot

Water w/ salt

Lunch

Water w/ salt

Snack - optional - carrot or nuts w/ orange juice - optional

Water w/ salt

Dinner

Water w/ salt

Snack - optional - nuts

Probiotics at bedtime
