Just in the midst of reading another book. I'm reading The Allergy Bible still, as well as, The China Study.

After I'm finished I'll let you know about this one as well.

I'll summarize a bit here:

So far the guy's saying that peanut butter and corn have the mold aflotoxin on them and if rats eat 20% protein every day along with aflotoxin then they get cancer, but if they only eat 5% protein every day along with aflotoxin then they don't get cancer.

It's all about relating protein to cancer and diets of affluent people versus diets of poor people and how it affects their health and what illnesses they may face.

That's all that I can summarize so far, and once I'm done I'll write down the info that stuck with me.

I know that some of you may want to read this book. The China Study, written by T. Colin Campbell, PHD and Thomas M. Campbell II. Publisher is BenBella Books, copyright 2006.

I just got The China Study 2 days ago. Have not had time to start reading. I will also comment! :)

Doug Kaufmann has already been telling what he learned as an allergist assistant. That mice do not get diabetes. You must inject them with a type of mold to give them diabetes. Don't you suppose that if they test drugs to cure diabetes in mice and relate that to humans, they should also notice how mice get diabetes and relate that to humans as well??????? :twitch:

I also have The 100 Year Lie; When Healing Becomes a Crime; What Your Doctor May Not Have Told You About Menopause; The End Of Food; Fight For Your Health; Selling Sickness; What YOur Doctor Hasn't Told You & The HFS Clerk Doesn't Know; Beating Cancer with Nutirition (Quillin). LOTS to read and when to find the time...... :yeahright:
Blessings,
