Any recipes for a fattening shake for in between meals.. I was thinking making it with a base of half and half since I am sensitive to milk and yogurt... adding eggs, vanilla extract or some ice cream..cinnamon, ..kind of an eggnog thing..maybe some coconut oil...anyway...

Well, if you're not worried about the sugar and toxins in store-bought products.... ice cream works well to add weight. You can make your own, then the weight is at least non-toxic weight. B/c fat holds toxins so be careful what you build fat with. Of course, muscle weighs more than fat, so working out and drinking protein shakes would also help. Just take it slow.
BTW I'd stay FAR away from amy soy-based protein drink mixes.

BB... frankly I have no idea how to tell you to gain weight... I've been struggling all my life to loose.

I do know that when I was younger I found that milk really put weight on me fast so I gave that up at the age of 19. I think it was the hormones in it that did that to me..

The problem with this is that anything I would mention to gain weight is not healthy for you!!

Maybe pump some iron to help yourself fill out a bit and not look so thin....???

just how thin are you? if you don't mind sharing.. or pm me...
