The Northern Mobius Suburbs are somewhat dense. Streets are filled with houses and Mobian children run through the cobbled streets in play. Yards are separated by bushes or maybe fences, and the shingles of the roofs come in a rainbow of colors atop the white stone buildings. There are plenty of trees for shade, and it's only a short travel to Mobius City from here.

-Sunshine pours in from the open window by Sebastian's bed. He's fast asleep and snoring. However, the intensity and persistence of the beams of light finally wake Sebastian up. He sits up in bed, rubbing his eyes. He looks around his room to find something he can do for a while. His eyes pass over his dresser and closet, full of costumes he's worn, and land on his desk.-
Sebastian: I really should organize that...
-He gets up and walks over to his desk, ready to move some of the books back to their proper places.-
Sebastian: This is gonna take a LONG time...better get started, I guess.
-He begins moving things around.-

Paprika moseyed her way around the neighborhood doing what she did best: basically stealing. She slung a tattered backpack over her shoulder. The thing had been patched up so many times it was hard to tell what its original color had been. Paprika was on the lookout for any house which had a fence, because those were easiest to collect from without being noticed or chased off and threatened. When she arrived at one, she'd take the time to walk the perimeter, looking for weak points or holes in the fence, and checking if there were any small objects within arms reach of the fence.

"Aha! I see you... Don't mind if I do!" she whispered to herself, spotting a weird lawn gnome, loosening a plank of the wooden fence, and placing the thing in her pack.

On her way to the next house she spotted something bright in the mud on the side of the road. Excitedly, she pulled it out and wiped it off. "An orange! Perfect, now I've got lunch settled." she said, tossing it into her pack with her new gnome.

(I'm gonna switch to Paragraph format to keep the posts looking the same.)

Sebastian thought he heard something from outside. He thought that was odd, since he usually couldn't hear what was going on outside due to the fact that his house had walls. He made a mental note to check the thickness of his walls, then turned around from the desk to see where the noise was coming from.

"...oh." Sebastian said, finally realizing what had happened. He realized that he had left his window open overnight. He was wondering why the rays of sunlight that woke him up were particularly strong that morning. He got up on his bed to close it, checking outside to see what the thing he thought he heard was, if it even existed.
