Dolly greeted High Inquisitor Tinsley with a pleasant smile and polite words. The woman did not stay too long, because when Professor Gray entered, Ms. Carmichael approached her and initiated a quiet conversation. Which confused Dolly, because Precious was right there, but her best friend chose to talk to someone they hated. Dolly shrugged it off. Perhaps Tinsley did not want to see Precious and Collin make goo-goo eyes at each other as well.

"Are you okay?" Dolly asked Millicent with wide eyes. When Millicent reassured her, Dolores relaxed into her chair. She was curious as to what the two women were discussing. "Any idea what that's about?" She asked no one in particular, when Ariella was more of the appropriate person to ask. Dolores shrugged.

"What's that?" Dolly asked when she heard the beeping sound. She turned to Millicent. "I think that came from you."

Jane's throat tightened when the culprit appeared. The rumors were true: she was terrifying up close. Jane's knees would have been wobbling if she had been standing. She tried to appear unscathed, but Tinsley Carmichael gave her the heebie jeebies.

She knew Carmen was up to something when she had a coughing fit. "That's bullshit! I've known you since the First Year and you've never coughed once when we had tea!" But she realized that her outburst would immediately give them away, so Jane remained quiet in her seat.

Ariella, bored with the lack of attention thrown her way, snapped at Carmen. Carmen's timer beeped, simultaneously sinking Jane's stomach. Without a doubt, Dolores commented on it, and if Jane didn't think of something quick, they were done for. "It's a timer, sweetie." began Jane/Megan. "Millicent and I wanted to see everything in Hogsmeade, s-so we set up a timer so we wouldn't spend too much time in one place." Jane smiled. "Looks like our time is up, but I really like this place. Can we stay a little longer, Car - I mean, er, Millicent?"

you're just as sane as I am

The conversation had grown rather dull and repetitive, which caused Luna's attention to drift around the shop. She watched the exchange between Professor Wickham and her husband curiously, wondering if the mean front that the Potions Mistress usually put on was all an act to keep her students in line. She certainly didn't seem to be wearing her crown of icicles here. Instead, she was throwing her arms around the man she seemed to love and appeared to be a whole other person.

Luna yawned and gazed at Carmen curiously, wondering if she had everything under control. An occasional Beep! resonated from her classmate's corner, but she tried not to pay too much attention to it.

"So..." The Ravenclaw said a bit too loudly, "How is Hogsmeade treating you four?" Luna addressed Ariella, Teddy, Delores, and Augustus. "Have you been to the Three Broomsticks, yet? Hog's Head? I heard they get the most interesti-- I mean, queer folks, there. Always an adventure a bit of a laugh to explore!" Was she being too obvious? Could they tell it was her? How did one turn off being oneself for an excursion as somebody else? It was evidently tricky business!

Beep beep. Fifteen minutes.

"Yeah, a timer..." Carmen glanced at Dolores vacantly before watching her mother exit Madam Puddifoot's; Tinsley left for the bathroom at the back of the tea shop.

"A Prophet," said Carmen sharply. "I need to see a copy of the prophet." Her eyes darted around the tea shop, determined; elementium, missing? No, it wasn't a coincidence. And what did Tinsley want with Emma's mother? She raised her eyes and glared at the Slytherin's sitting before her, who certainly knew more than they dared to reveal. Carmen even ignored as Jane and Luna both acted increasingly suspicious.

Beep beep. Ten minutes.

"That beeping is so obnoxious," snapped Ariella, shooting Dolly a significant look; these kids were creepy, far creepier than she ever remembered them being. This was strange, and Ariella couldn't remember the last time Daphne Greengrass was actually nice to anyone. Were they drunk? And that incessant beeping...

And the rest happened very suddenly.

The beeping caused Ariella's eyes to dart furiously back to Millicent Bulstrode's face, which was coincidentally... Millicent?

Her bright blonde hair was beginning to grow dark, her brown rises lightning; her chest was shrinking, her lips thinning.... "Uh, are you sick?"

Carmen could feel her body tingling, her stomach writhing into furious knots of Polyjuice indigestion. Heart pounding, pleading, screaming within her chest, she covered her face with her sleeves. "I feel sick! I'm going to be sick!" She through herself from her seat, running for the door. "Let's go!"

Blinded by sheer adrenaline and determination, she rushed from Madam Puddifoot's, praying her friends had enough sense to follow her in time..

Panic ensued Jane when Carmen's blonde hair began to fade into her usual brunette. "Uh," Jane struggled to create an explanation for the Slytherins. Along with the hair color change came the transformation of Millicent's face into Carmen's. "Crap." She rose from her chair when her friend dashed out of the pub. Jane's eyes quickly darted between the remaining students - their eyes felt like vultures, and she felt like the prey. "Er, better go see if she's alright."

Jane offered a final smile as Megan Calvet, but that smile quickly disappeared when she felt her body begin to collapse upon itself. Oh no, she tought. It's happening to me too. Jane threw her hood over her head and bolted out of Madam Puddifoot's.

Theodore frowned as the guests of the table quickly left. What Theodore found incredibly rude was that they neglected to hold a conversation, when they were the ones who invited the younger Slytherins to sit with them. "Did you see that?" asked Theodore. "Her hair color changed. I don't believe Millicent is an animagus." His eyes flickered between Ariella and Dolores.

"Why were they acting so strange?" mused Teddy as he leaned forward in his seat. "And why did they want to leave so quick? Megan clearly stared to Millicent that she wanted to stay in Madam Puddifoot's for a longer period of time." He leaned back as he tried to draw a conclusion in his mind. "They are actually that strange, or that wasn't really them."

Dolores' eyes widened as she watched the group of older Slytherins abruptly leave Madame Puddifoot's. "That was rude." She muttered under her breath. Poor Dolly was looking forward to making friends with the older crowd. "They act as if they're about to miss the Hogwart's Express."

Dolly settled with her ankles crossed and her hands rested on the table. She listened to Theodore's theory, always interested in what he had to say. She always found him as a brilliant young man, and that was because she knew he loved to observe things before making a conclusion. "I think they're actually that queer," she shrugged. "I know plenty of people like that. Luna Lovegood is one of them."

The world quickly tumbled around them as the effects of the Polyjuice Potion began to wear off. Luna felt her hands begin to tingle, and she yelped quietly in wonder. Did this mean she would start to change back soon? It wouldn't hurt to get out of there. She tried to compose herself in a calm manner as the rest of the group hightailed it out of there. "Best be off! They looked sick, don't you think?" She said, loudly, before bolting out of the teashop and after the group. The last thing she heard as she left was her own name as the girls called her queer, unaware of her presence. She raised an eyebrow at this. Slytherins will be Slytherins...

Donald Draper strolled into Madam Puddifoot's, nearly ran over by the bolting group of Slytherin students. He hopped aside and casted a questioning look at Madame Puddifoot, who simply shrugged and smiled at him. Don scoffed as he shook his head. "Might want to watch what you're putting in that tea, Madame. The Ministry will shut you down for inadequate service." The smile from Madame Puddifoot's face vanished.

Don regarded Collin and Precious Wickham near the back of the shop. His eyes lingered on her figure for a moment. Her smile was beautiful, and it was no denial that she could have him at her feet in minutes. But she always insisted that she remained loyal in her marriage. Don searched the pub for a seat before he spotted Dolly.

"Dolly," He greeted his daughter as he neared the table. "Theodore, Ariella." Don nodded at the younger individuals politely. "How are you enjoying your trip in Hogsmeade?"

Dolores' heart leaped into her throat when she saw her father. She nearly bounced out of her chair in excitement. Dolly threw a quick glance at Precious before she glanced at Ted. He was leaning so far back in his chair that if he shifted a degree further, he would fall.

"Hi," Dolly squeaked. She nervously glanced at Ariella before clearing her throat. "It's enjoyable. Thanks for the extra money - I'm gonna probably end up buying the entire candy shop." A week before the Hogsmeade trip, her father had sent her a sack of coins to spend during her trip to Hogsmeade. "What are you doing here, anyway? Don't you have work?" Because of work, Don hardly saw Dolly, which was why Dolores was left to raised with Precious.

"I'm to be stationed here for a while." He half-smiled, his features slightly wrinkled from years of experience. "I'll get to keep an eye on you. But she," Don glanced at Precious. "Will continue to raise you until work slows down." He ran a clean hand over his sleek hair.

"She's doing a good job anyway." Don shrugged. Theodore was always polite to Don, a sign of Precious bringing him up well. Secretly, Don wished that Theodore was his son because he wanted someone to continue his legacy. He couldn't imagine remarrying and having another child with a different woman. "I would go bother her, but she and Collin seem too busy with each other." He glanced down at his hands. "They should get a room." smirked Don.

A fire that burns that bright is not meant to last.

Don Draper was what Ariella aspired to become as she grew older; she did not want to be visibly vain like her mother, with a sharp, quick anger that would consume her. No. Ariella wanted to be sleek, aloof, but powerful just the same. Mr. Draper commanded a certain amount of respect from the students, and Ariella knew that quite well as she sat up a bit straighter in her seat and continued to smile politely, fighting the smirk that was dying to come out and play after she heard Dolly's pathetic little squeak of a voice.

Ariella snorted into her teacup as Don mocked Precious and Mr. Wickham, though the smile fell from her face abruptly. "Sorry." She stared at her tea; with a flick of her wand, it began to stir itself clockwise as she added sugar and milk.

Those kids were acting strange. The thought was nagging at Ariella, but wouldn't allow it to keep bothering her. They were all lunatics, everyone knew that. How could you live your life with the name Pansy without being crazy?

"You just missed my mother, Mr. Draper," said Ariella suddenly, speaking up. "I will tell her that you say hello."

The smile from Precious' face vanished when she watched Don Draper step through the threshold into Madame Puddifoot's. She released her hair, letting it form a curtain around her face. "Collin," Precious said curtly, placing a hand on his. "Excuse me for a moment. I have unfinished business to attend to." With pursed lips, Precious rose from her seat and marched towards the towering figure.

"Children, would you excuse us? Dolly, I need to borrow your farther for a moment." She placed a hand on his forearm, receiving questioning looks from both Don and Theodore. Precious grabbed him by his sleeve and dragged him to the far corner of the building, away from earshot.

"What the hell are you doing here?" growled Precious. "I told you to stay away from me. You have no business here. Dolly is to only see you on summer and winter holidays." Precious furiously crossed her arms across her chest.

Before he could reply to Ariella's comment, Precious appeared at his side. "Excuse me," Don said politely before being pulled aside by his cousin-in-law, though he preferred to call her his mock wife.

She was a foot shorter than him, and her body was so petite that if Don wrapped his arms around her and squeezed her, he would probably break her collarbone. "I'm not here for you." He said, glancing at Dolores. She was watching him from her seat. "This is a job assignment, Presh. I took it to be closer to Dolores. Isn't that what you wanted all along?" He straightened up, a smug look on his face. "This all wouldn't be so damn difficult if you just agreed to be Mrs. Draper."

"That's a surprise." huffed Precious, slightly disappointed. "Had you done that the day she was born, it would have made her life a lot easier." She lowered her voice. "She calls me her mother, and you her father. If she goes around Hogwarts telling everyone we're her parents, everyone will think I've had an affair."

"Wickham is what I'll be," Although Draper has a nice ring to it. "Theodore deeply admires you. Please be professional, he sees you as a role model." She sighed before glancing at Collin. "Do you see him?" Don glanced at the man several tables away. He offered a friendly wave. "He'll kill you if try anything funny. Don't mess this up. Don't leave from Dolores' life again." Precious rolled her eyes before returning to her seat beside her husband.

Don smirked at her retreating back, eyes wandering down her backside. Hell of a woman. He thought as he made his way back to Dolly's table. "I apologize," He held up a hand. "Mrs. Wickham and I have a past." Don glanced in her direction one last time before turning to the students.

"Please, send my regards, though I am sure I will run into her here. It's not difficult to miss her." Don placed his hand on Dolly's shoulder and pecked her forehead. "I'm only stopping by, but I've got to head out. I'll be in the area." He shook Theodore's hand and nodded at Ariella. "Please, stay out of trouble." said Don before exiting Madame Puddifoot's.

"Your Daddy is a hottie," smirked Ariella, watching him quietly as he shuffled out of the tea shop. Ariella's narrowed eyes followed the thin waist of Precious as she retreated as well. The young girl yawned as she lowered her eyes.

"Here, dearies," mumbled Madam Puddifoot politely, shuffling over three clinking porcelain tea cups, engraved with gold and pink printed flowers. "Mint for the boy, lemon and lavender for the ladies."

"Thanks," responded Ariella. She grabbed her lavender tea and as Madam Puddifoot shuffled away, she reached to add a packet of sugar to the swirling brown in her cup.

Before she stirred, however, the sugar granules began to join together curiously. She watched it with mild curiosity and quietly picked up a spoon to mix her tea with; a moment passed, and a gasp escaped her lips.

We're watching you.
As quickly as the words appeared her cup, they disappeared in the tea. Ariella lifted her eyes to Theodore and Dolly and anxiously looked around the tea shop.

"Today is... weird..."

Dolly watched her father's retreating back. She desperately wanted to beg him to stay. His presence couldn't have lasted more than five minutes, and once again, Dolores was set up for disappointment. Calmly, she breathed in an attempt to fight the urge to cry. "Uh," She responded to Ariella's comment. "Sure. He's got a lot of girlfriends though, I wouldn't bother." shrugged Dolores.

Dolly wrinkled her nose at the lemon tea set before her. She never fancied a cup of tea herself, but Dolly was forbidden from being rude, so she reached for the sugar packet beside the spoon. Ariella's gasp startled her, nearly knocking her out of her seat. She peered into the rim of the porcelain cup to see what had provoked Ari.

We're watching you.

Dolly swallowed the lump in her throat. She nervously glanced around the pub, tempted to call her mother over and get to the source of the threat. The words dissolved into the liquid, vanishing the small trace of evidence. Dolly awkwardly laughed it off. "Ted, stop playing games." She chuckled. "Nice try."
