"He's a stranger to some... and a vision to none..." [justify]He can never get enough Into the night, desperate and broken [name] Azerail Lucas [etymology] The name Azerail means God is my help, and it gives the impression of one who is loyal and wise. This is actually very true about Azerail, though he does not believe in 'God' per say. His middle name Lucas means surrounded by light, and it gives off the impression of stung, handsome, creative and determined. Both names combined would fit Azerail however the part with him being surrounded by light is untrue because of how he was born from a dark family, and is back with the dark family. The surname Zhefarovich comes from Bulgaria and it means powerful, dexterous, virulent enforcer which is true in the darker nature of the entire family, very few have been unaffected by this. It was recently discovered that he was not one of the few unaffected, as he tends to fight with his darker side, before he will completely accept it. [origin] The surname Varius that he used to carry originated in England, where the family has not died off and carried on by two males alone. The name does not mean anything as far as everyone knows, but if one traced the bloodline far back enough, they would see that the they descended from some famous wizards and witches that have lived back in the Dark Ages. Azerail is unaware of the rest of the information behind his former last name. The surname Zhefarovich originates from Romania and Bulgaria. However the heritage of Romanian has long since washed away. The Zhefarovich family are large, containing three branches, with one typically being the main branch, which is the darkest, another being the more likely to be in businesses, and the last branch being the quietest and also the more pleasant if one could consider them pleasant at all. Most of the Zhefarovich family are pure-blooded, and have laws and strict rules which they are known for, and many are either Death Eaters or associated with them. They are known for their tightness and also on how they hate muggles and anything to do with them. While allying with some other families, the Zhefarovich do control others. They are very isolated, and while some people consider them to be legendary, they are also very hostile and malevolent, and will not stop a fight until they die from it. More often than not, they keep to themselves in Bulgaria while some spread around, their main base is in a Manor where no one can access unless they know where it is, and have many other secret places. The Zhefarovich had this tradition to give into the inner dark nature, and many other traditions that if broken, one would die. Azerail's first and middle name were not common in the Zhefarovich family, but were chosen by his father, and he was not the first. [nicknames] It is hard to make a nickname for Azerail's name, though one could perhaps call him Az if they felt that Azerail is a mouthful. [alliance] Azerail's alliance is ultimately with the Death Eaters now, and those along the powers of evil. [birthdate] Azerail was born in the Zhefarovich manor, as the second born, five minutes after Ozias, on September 13th, 2009, around two of the clock in the afternoon. [age] He is currently twenty-four-years-old. [gender] Azerail is a male. [sexual orientation] Heterosexual which means that Azerail is attracted only to the opposite sex, which is females. He does not have much of an interest in males and thinks that they are not as admiring as females are. When it comes down to choosing whether Azerail is attracted to aesthetics or personality, it is both if not the personality more so. Azerail prefers a woman with elegant looks and blonde hair. He also likes a darker appearance as well. [dialects] Azerail can speak two languages, and they are Bulgarian and English. Bulgarian was his first language, and it is the language that he prefers to speak in because it is the most comfortable for him. [hometown] Azerail was born in the Zhefarovich Manor, however he was adopted off right after that so he only remembers going back to the Manor when he was a teenager, where he discovered where he was truly from. [residency] Azerail lives in Invercargill, New Zealand; his house is large with a lake behind it and he has an outdoor pool. He currently lives with Taralynn Vyhnal, and his twin brother Ozias Zhefarovich. [heritage] Azerail's parents were both fully Bulgarian, making him completely Bulgarian as well. [blood status] Azerail is a pure-blood. He is not so prejudice, but his feelings toward those lesser may change. [blood type] AB negative is Azerail's blood type. It is rumored that in his family, those with AB Positive align with the side of good, whereas AB Negative align with the side of evil. This has been proven both wrong and correct. There is a belief in Japan that a blood type would give someone good traits and bad. The good traits from this belief are cool, controlled and rational, and the bad traits are critical, indecisive and unforgiving. This is true to his character. [wand] The wand that had chosen Azerail was in fact the Walnut Wand 14 1/2" Essence of Vampire Blood. Walnut wood is just the perfect wood for hexes, jinxes and curses and it works a treat for doing defensive magic. You will find its weakness in controlling its power. Vampiric Blood is known to become very powerful and spells may become to strong, and you will not expect what will come out of its tip. It is yielding, so if one, it would find its alliance with the new master. However it is very rigid and very temperamental. [occupation] Azerail works as a Saint Mungo's Healer, and he specializes in Potion and Medicine making, and he also does the basic healing, and cares for the residents that live there. He also has recently taken up a job over at Hogwarts New Zealand, teaching Potions to the younger students, years first through fourth. [health status] He is very healthy. [allergies] Azerail is sensitive to pet dander so he cannot be around cats or dogs that shed too much. [pet] Azerail owns a white hawk that he has named Luca, and the bird is a male. Get enough of the one The sound of a fight, Father has spoken. [five words] Quiet, Struggling, Loyal, Naive, Cunning [personality] Azerail is somewhat complicated. He has a dark side that happens to creep in but he fights it off because he is that determined to stay good, however it is a losing battle. Azerail is normally very intelligent that has some smart comments, and he has rather intense thoughts. He is normally caring to those that he fancies, and he is extremely loyal. Azerail prefers to stay nice and in the path of light. He though sometimes falls under the dark influences of his family. When that happens, his attitude and personality changes. He is morbid and darker in this state but it is a part of him too. He becomes more murderous like his father. Azerail fights this off to the best of his abilities, and he happens to think the most positive things, but he is mostly pessimistic. Azerail worries about everything, and he stresses himself out as well. He can be harsh and he is also a perfectionist at everything he does. He can be competitive as well. He is very practical and he analyzes everything. [beliefs] He believes that everyone deserves a chance to live life to the fullest and he does not believe the same things as most pure-bloods. He thinks that those judging by blood is a waste of time and perhaps even a weakness. [boggart] He sees himself as an Auror, and slaughtered by his own family for failing. [fears] Azerail has fears for the most part of any dark creature, including lethifolds, dementors, basilisks and giant spiders. Something that just does not make sense. He is not afraid of dark plants however. Azerail fears death, but he mostly fears himself in case he ends up killing someone or something. Azerail really fears that he would some day kill the ones he loves the most in the world. [likes] Azerail enjoys time with his family and friends, and he loves to fly and play keeper in Quidditch, and he loves to fly up high and really fast as well. He enjoys spending time with the ones he loves, and he likes to study and read, perhaps read so much that he should have been in Ravenclaw. Azerail enjoys to go outside and jog along the shore because running helps clear his mind from anything completely horrid. [dislikes] He dislikes anything that is virtually fun for any teenager, such as going out and drinking, and partying as well. He hates parties with a passion, if not more than drinking itself. He does not like practical jokes, and he does not like it when people think that they are the best thing in the world when they indeed are not. He does not like screaming and crying, as well as whining, and he does not like depression at all. Azerail is very laid back and he just lives life day by day. [goals] Azerail has a goal of creating a strong bond with his family. [good habits] Azerail has a the following habits are exercising, having a good diet and managing money. He also keeps everything tidy just out of habit and it makes for a good distraction. [bad habits] As much as Azerail studies and does homework, he procrastinates, but not on his studies, but more or less over everything else. He also fidgets with things, like his hands, and his things around him. He also does not make good eye contact while speaking. [strengths] Azerail's strengths come from his inner most mind and his emotions. He can manipulate how he feels without even thinking about it, in order to hide and conceal what he truly feels on the inside. He will also not lose his temper, and he will not get angry enough to physically assault things. Azerail is a calm person, rather naive as well, but he knows right from wrong. Azerail will do whatever he thinks is right, and he will back it up thoroughly, so he is not easily manipulated into deciding things out of haste. Azerail also has a hidden power within him, to produce magic and potions, however most of the spells that he is really talented at can in fact cause harm. He also is a very good flyer, and plays excellently in Quidditch. He does not play many other positions good at all. Azerail can also apparate from place to place with ease, and he is very intelligent, and will think out every solution before acting on it. He is also very sweet and charming, but only to those that he things are worth it. [weaknesses] Where one would find strengths, another would find weaknesses as well. Azerail, though when he decides something is right, cannot be manipulated, however he can be manipulated into thinking something is right when it is wrong. He also has a weakness to the Veela charm, as he had recently discovered this and thoroughly investigated it. Azerail also as a weakness to females, and he will do whatever he can to please them, but he is not a flirt. He has a weakness to the Dark Arts too, and seeing it makes him want to throw everything away and devote his life to that darkness. If he were to cast a curse with intent to harm, it would be questionable if he would even return to being the good guy that he always wanted to be. Azerail also has a weakness to producing charms that would protect himself and others, but he is working on it as well. He also is not very good at producing Transfiguration and he cannot read tarot cards and runes for the life of him. [loyalties] His loyalties lie within Grezhen and the Zhefarovich family. [magical talents] The talents that Azerail possess are many, especially in magic because he comes from two strong magical families. He can produce powerful charms and spells mostly on the first try. He can also produce some of the most difficult potions as well. He can apparate and perform nonverbal magic, and this year, he will be learning wandless magic. He does not know if he will be talented at that, but one can only assume, he will be. He is also a talented flyer as well, known to fly without holding onto the broom. [other talents] Azerail can read above his level, and he can read other languages that he does not know how to speak, but that only applies to some German novels and some Russian. He can adapt to languages, and after hearing them for a while, he can understand them, but not speak them. Azerail can also sing fairly well, and he can play the violin and the organ. He is also a good cook and he is very good at mathematics. [patronus form] His patronus form is a coyote. [annoyances] Not many things will have Azerail annoyed, but random hugs received by people he does not trust will annoy him, as well as someone insulting his family and his intelligence. He gets annoyed by people that get drunk and don't have a care in his life. For a fortune he'd quit We were the kings and queens of promise [chinese year] Being born in 2009, makes Azerail an Ox. People born in the Year of the Ox are patient, speak little, and inspire confidence in others. They tend, however, to be eccentric, and bigoted, and they anger easily. They have fierce tempers and although they speak little, when they do they are quite eloquent. Ox people are mentally and physically alert. Generally easy-going, they can be remarkably stubborn, and they hate to fail or be opposed. They are most compatible with Snake, Rooster, and Rat people. [zodiac sign] Azerail's zodiac sign is a Virgo, the Virgin. Being a Virgo makes him modest, shy, meticulous, reliable, practical, diligent, intelligent and analytic which all fits in well with her character. On the downside, it also makes him fussy and a worrier, overcritical, harsh, perfectionist and conservative. What a Virgo likes are health foods, lists, hygiene, order and wholesomeness while they dislike hazards to health, anything sordid, sloppy workers, squalor and being uncertain. All of these tie in perfectly with Azerail's attitude and personality. The choice colors for a Virgo are green and dark brown, both of which are worn a lot by Azerail. The starstone for a Virgo is the Sardonyx. [mutable sign] A Virgo is a mutable sign, and a person that is associated with this sign is associated with adaptability, service-providing and expansion. This is true to Azerail's character. [interpersonal sign] Also being a Virgo makes someone principally aware of and concerned with social and societal concerns. This is also true to his character. [planet] The planet that rules the Virgin is Mercury. Under the influence of the planet, one would have a computer like memory that allows you to be able to assimilate a large amount of information and then present it to the masses in a more understandable manner. They are very good at expressing this type of thing but when it comes to something close to their heart, such as love or compassion, they find it hard to let the other person know and can thus appear to be aloof and cold They also can be argumentative, critical, nervous and tense and if they do not make a special effort to overcome these they will lose many friends and loved ones throughout their lifetime without a clue as to why. Though the good qualities are industrious, methodical, humane and loving while they can also be critical, petty, self-centered and picky. [element] Being a Virgo, Azerail's element is Earth. An emphasis on this element indicate a practical, cautious, and pragmatic approach to life. In the majority of cases there is the need to build solid, 'real' material success, for example, home and career succeess. Earthy people may benefit from connecting to the earth element via gardening, pottery, facial mud packs. Long range planning and the determination to succeed are strong traits for this element, as is melancholy, greed and fear if taken too far. It was thought that the stronger the sparkle of the gem, the more faithful and honest the wearer But it's hard to admit We were the victims of ourselves [martial status] Azerail is currently single, but he is crushing on someone but is in some serious denial over it. [whom] He started crushing on Taralynn Vyhnal.  [azerail varius and dannii merrythought] Azerail had first met Dannii while he was in his first year, and it was crush at first sight. They had met around his Brightstone break, and in June of 2022, the two began to date. Azerail was completely young, as were she, but the two remained to be a stable couple. At first, she had changed her style to somewhat gothic for him, but he had told her that he did not mind her dressing in colors. They went to several Yule Balls together, and they managed to survive even after in his fifth year, when he attracted a Veela. They both became Prefects together even if they were in opposite houses. However when it came down to his seventh year, the couple started to get a little distant. After he graduated, he was adopted off with his real family, changing his last name. He found out that Axel was the one that slaughtered her parents and was still wanting to end her. He figured that it was the best, and as of September of 2028, he ended their six year relationship. He now continues with his life, and he avoids her at every chance that he gets. "You will always be remembered, but I believe, it was for the best. Live your life, safely and away from me and my family."  [azerail zhefarovich and taralynn vyhnal] Azerail met Taralynn after she had answered an add for a roommate for himself and Ozias in 2028. The three became close friends, however Azerail started to become sexually active, and on February 9th, 2029, Taralynn gave her virginity to him as he had done for her. They decided to become an ongoing thing, and it was not until recently, he started to have feelings for her, though they are deeply repressed. "You are such a good friend, and tend to know more things than I. You are beautiful, wonderful, and any man would be lucky to have you." [innocence] On February 9th, 2029, he and Taralynn ended up sleeping together. Though his brother also ended up joining later on. Azerail had been frustrated and did not know why, but Taralynn knew, and gave herself up to him freely. [turn ons] Soft hair, apple scented candles and white sugar-free chocolate. It is thick, but not too think, and it is also rather straight. It is soft when he uses the right shampoo and conditioner. He also lets it grow to his shoulders, and also keeps it one color from now on. He used to have it red underneath, but he no longer carries that style. It is also trimmed and kept in layers. [eyes] His eyes are a liquid silver that seem to darken to onyx when he is in a bad mood as well as in the light. One would see that he is very cold and distant, but when he is around someone he adores, one would see that silver melt into a pool of warmth and kindness. He tends to hide the darker nature of his eyes, which can be seen when he is around curses and other dark influences. His glares are not to be taken lightly. The meaning of the color of his eyes are riches, changeability, mysticism, and wisdom. [height] With his genes, he gets from his father's side of the family, he stands above average. They have many tall women and even taller men, and Azerail is no exception. He stands at a height of six feet and seven inches. [weight] ith his muscles and very large bone structure, Azerail weighs at a good two hundred and twenty pounds. [complexion] His skin is nearly white, like an ivory hue or porcelain, and the feel of it is soft, and natural. Azerail hardly has any markings on his skin such as on his face. It is smooth also to the touch. [scars] Azerail used to have horribly scarred hands, however they are back to normal thanks to healers. However his hands seem a tad bit shinier than the rest of his body. [birthmark] A crescent moon on the left side of the neck. [smile] His smile is usually small, gentle and very soft. It is rare to see unless someone he likes is around him. [body build] Tall and built, but almost slender as well yet he carries himself like a normal being, as silent as can be. [body modifications] He currently has an ear piercing on his left ear, and he also has a tattoo which is the Zhefarovich symbol that covers his entire back. [style] Azerail has a very basic style but he normally just wears black robes now as he is growing up and finds it harder to find clothing that will fit his body perfectly. So, Azerail is slowly conforming his way out of the muggle styles. He tends to wear a black tee-shirt, and dark blue jeans. He normally wears black converses, solid black with no white on the shoes. He will also wear black hiker boots, and when he is working he will wear basic black dress shoes. On his face is a map of the world Between heaven and hell, Heaven and hell. [school] Azerail attended Hogwarts New Zealand all seven of his years. [hogwarts house] Azerail was sorted into Salazar Slytherin's house. [special titles and awards] Azerail was promoted to Slytherin Prefect in his sixth year, and he was also the Slytherin keeper for Quidditch for some time. In his seventh year, he was given the title of Head Boy, becoming the second Slytherin Head Boy. However, this was after their son, Grezhen Varius, had run away and thought that they were the worst people that some would ever come by and meet. Azerail spent a lot of his childhood in the Varius home, soon adopting their name. However, when he was two years old, he accidentally stuck his hands into a hot flamed oven, and severely burned them. The Varius' found out that they were taking care of a pure-blood child, and gave him lots of grief while growing up, verbally insulting him to where he no longer laughed, cried, and he was the perfect obedient child. Then, little Rakas Raye was born into the family, and Azerail adopted him as a brother immediately. He was told constantly that he had no one that loved him, and while growing up, the only being Azerail held close to him was Rakas. In December of 2018, Grezhen returned to New Zealand and obtained Rakas and Azerail, and soon gaining legal custody over the boys. Not months later, Alector got really drunk and ended up crashing a car, killing both his wife and himself in the process. Grezhen did not grieve, and neither did Rakas. They were given a cheap funeral and they moved on with their lives. When Azerail was eleven, he received his letter to attend Hogwarts New Zealand, and at the same time, he was told that he was adopted, and that he was pure-blood. Azerail did not believe that he was pure-blood at first. He was sorted into Slytherin, and he faced his first year alone for the most part, and then meeting with Austin Devearux, a nephew of his but both grew close enough to be considered good friends. All during his school years, he faced many obstacles, but then he met the girl that would be doomed to be his love and his girlfriend. He was afraid that she did not like him, but near the end of his first year, and entering second, they confessed that they liked each other, before she ended up asking him out and to be his girlfriend. He accepted, and then had to leave with his older siblings to go to Bulgaria. Once he returned to school, he saw that she was sorted into Hufflepuff, and soon changed her looks to goth, as if to think that she would be loved more by Azerail. After the gossip magazine came out, she confessed that she did not like the change, and Azerail accepted her for however she dressed. Ever since then, they have been inseparable. Nearing his fourth year, still with Dannii, even after he told her about Grezhen's condition, he stopped wearing gloves to hide his severely burned hands, and he had been getting treatment at Saint Mungo's to heal his skin and make it look normal once again. Azerail continued to see Dannii, and he realized that he was falling for her more than he realized. In his fifth year, Azerail tried out for Keeper on the Quidditch team, and he made it on there successfully. He has agreed to meet up with Dannii during his Brightstone weekend and he fell under the influence of the Veela charms of Amethyst Snow. Once he broke free of them, he confessed to Dannii what happened, as well as he loved her and no one else. Their relationship was soon fixed and ongoing as ever. After passing the OWLs, Azerail was one of the top students in the class, if not the top. He was seeming more like a Ravenclaw than ever, and even earned Slytherin Prefect. He had tried out for the team once more, and still remained the Keeper of the Quidditch team. Azerail ended his sixth year with a smile, and now entering his seventh. He wonders now how he can continue to fight the growing darkness within, having seen it arise in his fourth year, and he also wonders how he can get Dannii to continue to see him while he goes off to England to study to become a Healer after he graduates. Graduated from Hogwarts New Zealand, Azerail is confronted by Ozias, and soon they both realize that they are twins. Azerail wants to move out, and Asparuh decides to let them move out on their own only if they stay together. Azerail is also adopted by Danielle and Asparuh, and gets rid of his last name. In the process, Azerail cannot be around Grezhen or any of his old family without supervision. It is only time now until they find a good house together.[/justify] |
