Good afternoon, peeps. We have a sunny but cold day here, and no snow falling. Take care, Penny and Carol. It sounds like you are getting the worst of it. :flk: :flk:

Linda, best wishes to you as you work on the housing arrangements for your father. You have his best interests at heart even if he doesn't understand or appreciate it. Seniors can be so very stubborn!

Jill, thank you for the reminder chart for heart problems.

Carole, Bao Bao looks like he's ready to do the pole vault. Good job on your pond critter photos, looks like you're seeing lots of visitors. I'm so happy that little E4 is doing alright.

Ian and Allison are in Vegas. The airline lost their brand new suitcase that we gave them for Christmas. Ian just wrote and said the suitcase was found and delivered to the hotel this morning.

We are flicking back and forth between the men's hockey game and the men's short program skating.

There is a group of about five young deer who hang out and forage together. We see them almost every day behind our house. Here they are in the snow a couple of days ago. They have their thick winter fur right now.

So special to see the deer and the egrets/
Such a day / so much snow /
So much shoveling, my path to the main side walk
and around my car so I could clean my car off
during the lull / Then sleet and freezing rain /Then
"thunder snow" and lightning. Now snow again till
morning. They say worst since 1983
Deb, Jeannec, Amethyst - Hope you are getting through it

Cheryl your deer herd look very healthy. I'm surprised they don't get harassed by dogs. The urban deer here are always getting attacked by ordinary pet dogs on the loose...and then there are many collisions with vehicles too :'( Hope yours stay safe....they look so fuzzy in their winter coats :D

Carol even though your weather is not as cold as it is here, it certainly sounds 10X worse :8O:
Stay safe and don't over do the shoveling. Freezing :rn: is the absolute worst :hair:
Be very careful, it will be hiding under the next round of :flk: :flk:

There will be No Lily Update tonight, I didn't post last nights because of the Olympics. If you want to read it go here . It's an interesting discussion about Animal Intelligence :)^
