Good morning, peeps. It's a desolate day here with grey skies, cold, and snow melting and freezing everywhere. The dogs hate walking in the icy cold puddles. Oh, well, this too shall pass. I was so caught up in the Olympics all day yesterday that I neglected to check in here. We have a goal post to say thank you to, what a nail-biter that game was. The goal post that was hit by the American puck needs to go in the Hockey Hall of Fame. Ian was at work, heard that we were behind 2-0 and started driving home, thinking all was lost. He turned on his car radio and heard that the game was going into overtime and stopped quickly at our house since he really wanted to see that! The dogs went nuts because Ian was here, we were all three cheering, what an ending. Congratulations to the women's curling team as well. I watched that final in the morning before the hockey. Way to go, Winnipeg!!!! Kath, LOL about the ginger cat with Mona Lisa. Have fun sailing. Kris, thank you for the wonderful news about Wisdom. Enjoy your day, everyone. I'll be watching men's hockey , then I have physio later on.

G'day Peeps! my Saturday. Boy am I tired, physically. Sailing was very exerting. I had the busiest winch jib sail. Feeling the muscles today. Its humid again, partly clouding and warming up to hot.
GO CANADA~!Australia now has 3 medals! Pretty good for a nation with no mountains over 1000km high! Some gardening to do today, not a lot, my muscles are protesting. Having friends over for dinner, making Thai stir fry. Right now I feel like this little guy ![]() |

Lily the Black Bear - UPDATE February 21, 2014 Juliet's Den Photos During the legal proceedings over the next couple of weeks, updates may be tough for the researchers to write. On the "no update" days and as time permits we will share some photos from Juliet's den. The hearing starts Monday and is open to the public. It runs 9 to 5 on February 24-28 and then resumes March 3-5 after the weekend. It is in the Skjestad Room on the second floor of the Office of Administrative Hearings at 600 North Robert Street in St Paul, MN. On another note, we are once again loaning our GPS spot units to the WolfTrack Classic 2014 Sled Dog Race. These are the same units we attach to the bears' radio-collars to track their movements. The 10-Dog Race will Start at 9:00AM on Sunday, February 23rd in Ely and will finish in Cook, MN Sunday evening. Visit Wolf Track Classic Race Events Schedule for more details. Tomorrow we will share the link to the spot unit map. Now for some photos!
