Jill, I love the Ladybug graphic! Synchronistically, Ed is a master at freeing insects from Spider's webs! Just yesterday he freed a tiny Fly caught in a web near our outside dustbins. If the insect isn't caught too badly and still alive Ed very carefully frees a leg at a time, and like the Fly yesterday, most escape and have a second chance. :ok: It's trickier if wings are tightly caught. We also catch and release to a safe outdoor place any creatures we find indoors. :) We have "catchers" in every room.

It's only the very lucky insect that gets saved. The Spider gets the rest. ;)

Hello, peeps. I've been out trying to find new eyeglass frames again (third or fourth time). I think I've narrowed it down today at least.

Kris and Jill, I enjoyed your insect conversation.
:D :P

Kath, was Bob able to come home today? It will be so much better for him at home, although this is going to be very tiring for you. :Hugs:

G'day Peeps, my Happy Thursday.

Yes Bob is home! I got up at 5am, showered and out the door to the hospital to beat the traffic, arriving just before 6am. After a coffee and getting Bob through all his 'meetings' (several nurses, the Doctor, breakfast, physiotherapist) we were able to check out of the Hotelsipital. Bob is really good, not much pain (but still on meds). The numbness and involuntary jerking in his left leg is gone and he says its feels like the strength is back to 100%. Looking after him isnt hard other than telling him not to do too much. ;)
Thanks for asking Cheryl.

I love the ladybug cartoon Jillers!

I would never save a fly from a spider, but I have saved butterflies, a praying mantis and once a small honeyeater bird~!

Everyone have a nice weekend, mine will be quiet.

Wishing you all a "pleasant evening"
KLJiOZ - Such good news for you and Bob /May he have a swift recovery /

Jillers - Nice thought /

Kris - Food for Thought /

Cheryl - Good luck with the eye frames / They have so many /

Line dance day / Had to do a couple errands / Stopped by MCR /
Can't see nest now from the road / Took myself to CrossRoad Diner
( a 50's diner, even has the old music at the tables where you
choose a song and put a quarter in to play it / Doesn't work anymore /
but adds to the ambiance / Had bacon cheese burger with lettuce
tomato and onion, and fries and coffee / Just like you see on TV
where the regulars come in and the waitress "pass the time of day"

May your sleep be restful /
