Back a day or so ---

Sounds like hoodies will be my clothing of choice for a couple of weeks – thanks all

Glad to hear that Wynn is doing well with the treatment – sending super good thoughts!

Ozzie the Cradle is in Garden City – not far from my house
https://www.cradleofaviation.org/

Congrats to Meghan (and grandma) indeed – brag away!!!

Oh boy trip planning – we were really considering cruise to Alaska but I’m not convinced so in the end for 25 we’re heading to Glacier National Park and a 2nd visit to Yellowstone (which was outstanding)

Wow Jill those photos were interesting and a bit haunting …..
Rofl – give him back the peanut ….

Ah the chicklets

Been busy busy – cloudy rainy weather or sometimes just cloudy grey
Granddaughter did not get a cast – she got a boot and was sorely disappointed – she was hoping for a cast for signing! So I talked with her and told her she could decorate her boot any way she likes and that technically it’s an “air” cast! So I guess she’s going to get markers that will work on it and get to decorating! Lol they are saying 4-6 weeks? About the time school is done, she’ll be free to run and swim and have summer fun!

Baby Mila is doing just great!

Hello to All. :}^

Sorry if I'm sort of "here and there" lately. :( I've been in a dither trying to prep for my trip to California while struggling with my apprehension at leaving Ed alone in his state of health. :hair: He's just not well enough to go with me and says he can manage, but it worries me so since he's been in a spell of increased symptoms and agonizing pain which happens periodically, but still so difficult for both of us.

Carole, you are some kind of Wonder Woman in your preps for your Passover gathering. :88: You are so blessed to have such a big and loving family. <3 Congrats to Meghan on her Rookie of the Year Award. :><: As Always, much appreciation for your wonderful Eagleland update. :Hugs:

Cheryl thank you for your sweet birthday wishes for Lori. :Hugs: I forwarded them to her.
I'm so happy Wynn is doing so well. Mia is so adorable in her Princess pose.

Deb, so good that little Mila Rose is gaining strength. She's a real cutie.

The current world condition reminded me of an old song by the duo of Bud and Travis called "The Merry Minuet", or am I the only one old enough to remember them? :P I've been a fan since the 60s and have all their albums, they're one of my long time faves. :)^ The Smothers Brothers modeled their act after Bud and Travis, as can be seen in their performance in this grainy old footage on the Playboy Penthouse TV Show.

Anyway, this now old folk tune still sums up the perpetual world condition some nearly 60 years on. Little video of them survives, as do either of them. :(

G'day Peeps, my Thursday. Sunny :*:

Kris, I've never heard of Merry Minuet! But I actually never listened to folk, so maybe that is why! I was a rocker and disco dancer in my young days! :<::  I do hope you are able to visit Lori.

Wow those nests with the storms! :8O: Poor parents! Nature is what it is.

Good to hear Mila is home Deb! I added the Cradle to our list, but not sure if we would make it that far out of town, so much to do and see just in NYC. 'April' or 'May' did she have her calf yet?

Carole, still cooking?

Carol hasnt signed on for a few days.

Ozzie - Tomorrow is buying all the veggies I have to cook with and Friday, Saturday and Sunday are cooking days. Saturday morning Alan will buy the fresh salmon for poaching and the veggies to grill on the BBQ.

Our dear friends Barb and Paul invited us for dinner Friday night, she said I need a break. They will be joining us for our Seder on Monday night.

Kris
- Think positive, Ed will manage and you will go to visit Lori and Jeff :X:
