Cheryl - Love the expression on your "Coos" face <3

Hairdresser this morning so Alan got his hair cut too.

Beautiful day here but too humid and hot to hit some golf-balls at the range.

Will putter around the house. I'm on a purging frenzy to get rid of stuff we don't need or wear. We took 5 large bags to the donation center for
Salvation Army. Lots of clothes, 1 down duvet and cover, 2 blankets and 1 quilt. Now I have room in my linen closet for other things
I was storing in the guest bedroom closet.

I booked the carpet cleaner for next Wednesday so Tuesday I will be busy moving lots of stuff.

Carole, it sure does feel good to get some purging done. :chk: Someone else will be able to make good use of the items you no longer need.

I liked that cute coo, too. :clk:

We tried a bit of gardening today but it was too hot to be outside for long. The front yard flower bed was finished yesterday. Today I raked in some slow-release fertilizer beads around one bed by the deck. Robert spread the mulch. With April being such a terrible month of bad weather everything has needed to be done in May. I love planting, so even though I ache all over I'm fine with that. We do have too many flower beds, though. We didn't think about what it would be like to maintain them as we got older.

G'day Peeps! A beautiful day today after several days of smoke haze from controlled burn off in the local Mountains (Blue Mtns). A heavy overnight rain cleared the air and its just lovely outside. Too bad I have to work (maybe not all day!)

Coos day is very cute! <3

Bob & I have a gardener (just a college kid) who helps out with the heavy stuff. Fortunately, I can do a lot myself and try to limit my day outside to 4-6 hours otherwise, yes, I would be wiped out! What sort of flowers did you plant Cheryl?

Carole, I am surprised the charity will take bedding. They wont in Australia! A real shame too.

Tonight we have an art lecture in the City, "A window on to heaven: optical illusions and allusions in Baroque Rome".
It will be fun after our recent Rome stay!~

Everyone have a pleasant evening!
