Jill, love your opening graphic. I'm sorry to be so absent lately. Schedules change and life's demands have made it hard to check in daily. I do try to keep up on happenings but can't always comment. Carole I hope you're feeling better. Congrats on Meghan's great accomplishment on graduation! Cheryl, I hope you're feeling better. And that your Doggies are doing well. Laurel is so adorable! What a joy for your family! And thank you for missing me. I just haven't had the ability or heart to get online to chat for a few weeks. Ed unwell and other oppressing factors. Ozzie, thanks for thinking of me with the great Crow and Guitar video you posted. Crows can love to vocalise with people they know and ours could be frothed up into a real song fest if we talked back to them in the way they responded. They say this May was the warmest in over 100 years in the UK, but with the constant rain and dark days it's hard to believe. It's humid enough and oppressive and the Mosquitos are loving it. |

Hello, Kris! It's good to hear from you! We've had a lot of mosquitoes here as well. They swarm up from the grass. I'm sorry to see that Ed has been suffering with his illness. We hope to go and have a visit with the baby tomorrow. I'm feeling mostly better. There's a Stanley Cup playoff game tonight so I guess we won't be watching a movie. Jill, I agree!

G'day Peeps, Sunday. Overcast, a few sprinkles. Last night's dinner turned out wonderful, if anything slightly overcooked but better than then undercooked, eh!? I used to hate brussels sprouts but baked with lemon and olive oil, I've changed my mind. No thanks from Bob, lol. I also sauteed from the garden rainbow baby shard with mushrooms, another hit. Nice to see you here Kris. I know what you mean about the mozzies. We get them here really bad after rains. And ticks. Ugh. Today we are heading south Sydney to visit with Bob's sister Doreen and a brief stop to drop some items off to Robin. Not much else happening. |
