We are leaving early Saturday morning for NYC, then flying to Toronto Monday morning, then to Chicago Thursday, back home Sunday afternoon. It is a trip with a lot of short stops - something we don't usually do. We are taking a day trip to Niagara Falls on Wednesday, so we are looking forward to that.

Linda - Have a wonderful trip. You sure will be busy. Perhaps we can get together another time, I understand that you are on a tight schedule.
Enjoy the time in NY with your daughter and seeing Hamilton in Chicago.

I hope to be able to come back to Toronto some day, and I would like to visit Montreal, too. I've spent time on Canada's west coast, and I bet the east coast is just as nice. We are hoping they will still let Americans visit. rofl

G'day peeps, FRIDAY! :><: >O< I dont know why Fridays make me so happy, I hardly have any work= semi-retired. ;) :D

Yes, Carole, our weather did change... for the better no more rain for the weekend but it was cold this morning at 7C.

Linda, enjoy your trip and safe travels! I went to Niagara Falls in 1979, I just loved it. We stayed in a hotel overlooking the falls and had a room with an amazing view. At night, there were rainbow colors on the falls, it was just gorgeous. (do they still do that?)

We are headed to Canberra this weekend for an over nighter to see Bob's middle son and family (LEAH!). Its even colder in Canberra at -1 in the morning today!

I dont know why but this made me laugh

Good evening, peeps.

Linda, have a safe and fun trip.

Carole, thanks for the screen caps. Did you babysit today?

Kath, enjoy your family visit. I hope we'll get to see some photos of Leah. Fridays make me happy, too, even though I'm retired. It's ingrained, I guess.

I finished a good book today. "The Woman in the Window" by A.J. Finn.
