This morning we went to the garden centre closest to us. It's a large area outside of a huge grocery store, not a nursery. I just wanted a few filler plants for the back of my front flower bed. I chose some angelonica (I think without having to go and check the tag again) in dark burgundy and a soft pink. I thought they were on sale for $3.00 a pot instead of $3.50. But when I checked out they were $1.00 a pot - no signs up anywhere to show the price was even lower than the sale signs. Needless to say I got more, plus Robert picked out a couple of hostas for $1.00 each as well. So I've been outside planting, then for a dog walk, now sitting down after taking some Advil.

Enjoy the rest of your day, everyone.

Carole, that is a super photo of the Decorah mom.

G'day peeps, a cold Wednesday. Doctor appt later in the day and some work to do.

I LOVE getting plants on sale! :D ;)

I posted Zoo photos on facebook, but here are some Leah photos. A few of Leah... her new outfit (yes, a white puddyCat!
On arrival, walking in the door, Bob did a bear mwah mwah mwah and little Leah just screamed and cried! It took her an hour before she would let Bob hold her and only if she was facing outwards with her back to him. Bob was so upset! Leah loved me immediately, mostly because I hung back and waited for her to reach out for me. She liked it when I meowed... lol

Ozzie - Leah is such a cutie with her toothy smile. She will come around to Bob soon, you never know how the little ones will react to what we think is funny.

Kath, what a cute and stylish cat sweater for Leah! It's perfect for the cool weather, too. I noticed that Leah has a dimple in her chin like Grandpa's. <3 Poor Bob, but little ones do things like that - and get over it quickly, too. You had the best idea to hang back a bit. I enlarged your photos. They were all so nice. I saw your terrific zoo photos on FB.

Carole, the wingercising rain dance photos are mystical.
:)^ :clk:
