Backyard birds so far today: hummingbird, robin and baby robin, female red-winged blackbird, chickadees, male and female cardinals, nuthatch, male and female rose-breasted grosbeaks, American goldfinches, blue jays, chipping sparrows.

What does everybody else have? East coast birds, west coast birds, inquiring minds want to know!
previously, I could've posted a lot, but now that I've moved, I've only see Miner birds, Lorikeets and sulpher crested cockatoos. I snagged your good morning Cheryl! :)^

Lovely presentation this morning!

Happy birthday to Sharon, a hug for Lexi too.

My Sunday, cool but no rain, lazy day.

Jill, your cat pictures the other day were great, what characters!

Someone near here is driving his Model T across the continent and will end up in Seattle - article was in the paper but no link unfortunately to share with you.
Thanks Cheryl! I was so happy with them today, I let them out before I went to swim my laps & then grocery shop. When I came back to put them in there they were! Sometimes Katie doesn't come right away & that drives me crazy!

We had our Model A Gymkhana today & I got to drive our A & also another A! Then my DH let me drive ours home! I will eventually post a picture. The person who let me drive their A in one of the games has a couple of T's & he & his wife went back to Indiana last year pulling their A on a trailer for the 100th anniversary of the Model T. He shared photos with us, there were hundreds of T's there, it was neat!

Good morning to all.

I have started checking in on chat on the IWS site.

The problem is, it is killing my eyes and I go back out of self defense.

The background is dark.

My eyes are really protesting!

Is anyone else having the same thoughts?

I always hit "bigger" twice to get the size I am used to on CHIL. The CHIL background is always white, so I can choose my colors that work. ]

Evidently some do not like the IWS dark background (like me) and clicked on the "white background" option. Then those who are operating in the dark background get dark print on a dark background. And if you are reading posts with a white background, all the colors are too light.

I'm not being critical. I want to be able to read all the postings. Maybe when the new software comes out this will be solved. Just wanted you to know, I'm here, but my eyes are going south.
:D
