![]() ![]() ![]() The above info has been posted many times on the forum, in several different locations and is on several of the partner web sites. However - we come and go, new members old members, visitors and sometimes we just forget - so I'm reposting it today since my focus is on how the cam feed gets to your living room. This info is specific to the PH nest but is basically the same for any nest that we view (TH - WE and others as available)! Just helps to keep it fresh in our minds that it's not a cam just plugged into a nearby tree! These are very remote islands (yes a handful of folks might live on one or the other but still very remote areas with difficult terrain)! We at home, have our feet propped up - coffee/soda at our hand - push of a button we can see each chick on our big screen monitor - report our observations and make our caps - all because to the effort of the IWS crew and VCOE partnership (PH is shared nest / WE and TH are IWS nests) You can help the effort - click on Dish Carrying Dave above! Thank you....

Thank You Barb............that means a lot to all of us. T'is nice to feel appreciated. Deb, I always love seeing that information brought to the Chat forums. Not everyone who visits the CHIL or IWS websites have discovered where everything is located. Besides, that photo of NinjaShirpa Dave carrying the satellite disk on his back is one of my all time favorites.

Just wish we didn't have the restrictions, we just want to help the eagle restoration as mush as possible. |

Barb, thank you for the compliment for the NAC team. It means a lot to us. It's all for the eagles. Carole, you must have been an eaglet in a former life, your sense of humour is right on! I enjoyed reading the backyard bird lists from other people across the continent. Thank you for posting them. Bluebirds ..... I would love to see one. |

I called Spiritfox / Teacherlady / Regan at 6:15 am this morning expecting to get her cell phone. I got her on the first try. We went to look for A-35 , didn't spot A-35 but we did spot a few A-49 Cruzer's. We are still waiting and hope to go back up Thursday to try again. :soar: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

There was sound at TH nest briefly - Peter has to switch the feed back to UStream for the moment -so to find the link - check Nest Cams Thread here at IWS eagle forum It will be on and off until it gets all sorted out - thank you so much Peter (we actually heard an eagle call and what sounded like one of those pesky ravens- awesome) |
