I had to go out to do some grocery shopping and as I pulled into our townhouse entrance there was a Canada Post truck in front of me. All I kept thinking was, let it be for me and let it be from IWS. I followed the truck right to my driveway, jumped out of the car and he handed me the box. I am so eggcited, the plate is absolutely beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. It also came with a little holder to display it. It now has a place of honor in my livingroom, I can't hide it in the computer/eagle room. Thank you to whoever donated these gifts/prizes to IWS.

LEMON SQUARES BASE 1 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE CUT IN CHUNKS (I USE BUTTER) 2 CUPS FLOUR 1/2 CUP SUGAR TOPPING 4 EGGS 1/4 CUP FRESH LEMON JUICE 2 CUPS SUGAR 1/4 CUP FLOUR 1 TSP BAKING POWDER THIS IS MADE IN A FOOD PROCESSOR WITH THE STEEL KNIFE BASE PROCESS BUTTER, SUGAR AND FLOUR UNTIL CRUMBLY, ABOUT 20 SECONDS. PRESS INTO A LIGHTLY GREASED 9" X 13" BAKING PAN (I USE PYREX). BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES TOPPING COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND PROCESS UNTIL BLENDED, ABOUT 15 SECONDS. POUR OVER BASE. BAKE 25 MINUTES LONGER. CUT INTO SMALL SQUARES WHEN COOL. FREEZES VERY WELL - ENJOY I THINK THESE ARE FATTENING BUT WHO CARES
