The WCrane chicks sure are a jumpy and flappy bunch! Have a great SC Hike Cathy! I did that hike with Karen & cousin Bobbie when I was there in April, its a long walk but no doubt easy for you Hikers! Rainbow is much better as am I, just some residual quesy tummy if I eat too much, LOL Rainbow was given antibiotic and pain killer, he was racing up and down the path and garden last night being playful with his tail swishing, it was so good to see. Waiting for the tradesman to turn up to start the bathroom ceiling. 'Luke' loves cats so he is a good bloke in my book! |

Thanks for the invitation to join you and Jo Ann... I have someone coming Thursday to help me with my PC.. a friend of my sons... besides, I am out of shape for that hike.. you two would leave me in the dust....thats not to say I won't go another time and stay with the slow-pokes.. but do get a jump on that hike and don't let them slow you down with their 'talks' along the way... Hula was so mad we didn't get to the nest after making it almost the whole way....just because of all the teaching they feel they need to do on the way... they don't know how important it is to us to get to Pelican Harbor and see the nest...most people on that hike don't have the same agenda as we do in getting to the 'Prize'!!!!

Donna, my friend was married to Jim Seebirt, Captain of the USS Norton Sound.... now he and his two daughters are closing up the Maine house and starting the trip back to Ojai in the motorhome.. dropping one daughter off in Tulsa... They just bought the motorhome so the trip would be more comfortable for Donna and the dog.... this will be a sad trip for them and just another sad part is the four grandkids that don't know yet.. both Sara and Becky have a boy and a girl and had to leave them quickly to see their mother... I really feel so sad today...

Those BAEA's could be anywhere, I'm going to let things just happen. If we make it to the nest that would be great, I remember how beautiful the hike is along the way to the nest. The BAEA's could be anywhere along the water. Yoga was great..good to be back.. :-) |
