Jill - I saw that ship made from the steel of the WTC on a TV show. It's amazing. I hope that it will fight the enemy - "terrorists" - and wipe them off the planet. :X:

Our dinner is almost ready, so I am going to go for the day. I want to thank everyone for the wonderful and moving words and images today. I lost a cousin in Tower 1 and it was several years before I could even look at any images from 911.

Have a great evening, all.

Banana S'mores

1 chocolate bar
4 graham cracker sheets
2 bananas, sliced

•Cut or break the chocolate bar into 4 equal parts.

•Break each graham cracker sheet into 2 equal parts, along the perforated line, so that you have 8 equal-size squares.

•Make a sandwich using 2 graham cracker squares and 1 chocolate square in between, then heat in the microwave for 30 to 45 seconds, or until the chocolate just begins to melt.

•Remove from the microwave, open the sandwich, and add 1/4 of the banana slices to the sandwich. Then close and serve while the chocolate is warm.

Makes 4 large s'mores

Australia shuts down the Internet for an hour after condemning China for doing the same thing in June of this year. http://www.jonchristianryter.com/News_Folder/Behind.html

Laurie - You can't have any more cupcakes, I just ate the last one. rofl
:D OK - then I'll have to eat the Ghirardelli chocolates someone left in my mailbox. :Yum:

Glad you all enjoyed the cupcakes, I confess they were store packet style as I 'supervised' Rachel making them. The decorations however she did herself, although I bought the flowers and butterflies from an Ebay seller! 30 butterflys and 20 flowers for $15.

And speaking of chocolates, a birthday package arrived this week from my cousin for Rachel. Inside were 2 See's boxes of chocs, one was 'special pack' for Rach's favorite Blueberry Cremes and the other Assorted with a note to say the Assorted were for me, but we had to fight over them. I did manage to get few before Rach took them away from me!!!! :Yum:

Welcome back home to the Eagle!
