Ah, Penny you know how to catch my attention. The "mystery pumpers" would love it if the "mystery" would go on forever but of anyone involved in the subject Ed is one of the longest researching it and understands it the best. Even Colin Andrews, the most famous researcher, has phoned Ed in past years in desperation asking him to explain it to him again. Colin now is saying what Ed has said all along: "Human consciousness" is a key component, but Infinite Intelligence is also involved. He's taken the human consciousness concept from Ed but doesn't really understand how it's involved. The hoaxers have become heavily involved in money making schemes with some of the "researchers" who live off selling merchandise and anyone like us who says they're almost all manmade, especially since 2001 is blocked and attacked for threatening their "mystery". Here is a link on our website to a basic description of the "three sources behind Crop Circles", and a link to an in depth interview with us that has a lot of concentrated information in it. :ok: BTW: The Crop Circle in the news article is 100% manmade but, like the Emperor's New Clothes, most won't admit or recognize it. We even know which group stole into the farm and did the vandalism.

oh cheryl sorry to hear about the car :(
topa love the skype - we have a cam on our laptop but I haven't skyped - yet! guess I need to get with the program! wonderful for you and Peetie today! :)

thanks all for your thoughts and wishes........ just when I thought things were gonna be a bit better for a bit - another bump in the road at work :( lots of it is my boss' doing but Mr. Ego doesn't see that! Plus his significant other at home doesn't want to know anything about work except bring home the $$$$ so he can't talk to her so I get all of it :( and then he wondered why I was quiet etc........

well it's weekend time and I'm going to try to lay it aside and not give it any attention ...... it'll be there Monday won't it :(

why do folks have to do the crazy things they do ie crop circles - why can't they let things be and not "copy cat" to get their 15 minutes of fame - grrrrr

well we have tons of red light cameras going up here in Nassau County - seems as a couple of weeks ago someone climbed about 14 of the poles and spray painted the lenses black - LOL......can't say as I blame them - the County is expecting to make $13 million off of those cams just this year ...... grrrrrrrr Big Brother
and maybe they are helping with red light running, etc. but now are causing more rear end collisions as folks slam on the brakes so as not to get the photo ticket!

Deb :Hugs: so sorry about the job worries and the stress of having to hear his woes too. :hair: Hopefully by now you're home and finished with work until Monday, and can relax. :88: :clink:

The Crop Circle hoaxers are a lot like computer hackers, in fact some of them are both! They get a great sense of power to sneak into a field, make a formation, see it on the internet the next day, have people thinking it's "E.T" made or are otherwise fooled. They get big $$ for Crop Circles they make for ad agencies and films and they're richer and having much more fun than anyone else. A few years ago they were commissioned to do a Hello Kitty Crop Circle; it earned them 100,00 pounds (about $150,000) :hair: :'( Meanwhile, there is a genuine phenomenon that's been documented for hundreds of years that has been lost, confused, misidentified, and exploited, and that is being imitated deceptively by groups of hoaxers and merchandisers in collusion in many cases to carry the "mystery" on for mutual profit. People known for their aerial photos of Circles are even phoned by their hoaxer friends in advance so they can get into the air first thing in the morning for the first and best aerial shots, which they sell in calendars, yearly photo books, T-shirts, mugs, pens, jewelry, etc. seasick :hair:

DH and I had a real fun time last night. Our 2 granddaughters Casey 10, and Emma 7, were in a play, Grease. It was part of a summer camp production and was put together in 8 days. What a super presentation for very young children. Casey was second to the lead and had a solo song which she did beautifully, I :'( . Emma was part of the chorus and danced up a storm. Here is a photo, not very good, taken on a cellphone of the cast after the play finished.

Deb, I had an idea for a fund raiser. I posted it on "what would you like Cafe Press to sell'
I noticed that it was a long time since something was posted there, and I wondered if anyone
checks there. I explained it to Jillers and she thought it was a good idea. She suggested I
mention it to you and maybe you could tell me someplace else I should post it? When I went to Niagara falls I purchased 11X17 double sided photo place mats incased in plastic. I also
purchased the same type of Glacier Nat'l Park. So there has to be a place where these are already manufactured. How great to have likewise eagle place mats, with like Pimu on one side and 49 cruser on the other. Or 81 & 82 on one side and 04 & 06 on the other. I would love to purchased them and the profit could go to the eagles.

Also would you tell how much a membership is that can be paid monthly. The amount is
mentioned.

I truly hope your week will go better for you.

Sunnyland7, What a great idea to sell placemats as a fundraiser. :ok:

If you click the subscribe button on the membership page it will break down
the donation to the monthly contributions.

This is what it looks like. I hope that helps.

Topa Topa Hiker- thank you for the information :)^

Do you think Cafe Press would arrange to do something like that?

I'm new here and sometimes don't do something correctly.

:*: Sunnyland7, Usually Harpo will contact Dr. Sharpe about Cafe Press items.

Last year we had a magnets & pins fundraiser for the holidays.

Maybe we can do that again this year with placemats for us eagleholics.

I think the placemats would be a good item for cafepress.

Carole
I love these kind of place mats and use them on my desk all the time.

I was checking out the membership site that Topa Topa Hiker gave me.
When you join can you designate you want to help the eagles or does it have to
go in a general fund?

I'm checking out for the night

Sunnyland7, Good question. I believe the donation money goes to the webcams
attached to the eagle nests among other things, like tires for the truck
they use to give tours, Pimu's & Pee'ich's aviary, ect.

Carole, how sweet! A kidlet adaptation of Grease. I can spot Casey and Emma's resemblance even in the small pic. :clk:

Sunnyland, your placemat idea is a great one! :ok: So many uses for them! Apart from table and desk applications I've used them for many things including wall decorations, under Kitty and Doggie bowls, Bird area protectors, and as gifts to be used for all of the above. :D
